I found Zoe to be pleasant from the moment I was introduced. She was polite. Listen to what I asked for. Discussed possibilities and what she thinks it should be done when I want to be done. Everyone at the salon was overwhelmingly, polite, and welcoming. Iām new to the area. Iāve never been there before and I can say that I will be back. Itās very hard for me to trust people with my hair and so showed me that I can trust her ability. I look forward to seeing her again for my next appointment and what she can do for me Iām excited and I love my hair. She did an excellent job. The condition that I left with is fabulous and the cut was awesome as well as the coloring. She left nothing left for me to complain about at all. I want to thank her and the staff for the politeness, it was refreshing to go to a salon that everyone was in a good mood. Everyone treated you well asked consistently if I needed anything. They called to say that I was required to add a shampoo with blow dry, stupid me didn't ask how much, total was over $75!? They told me that BOTH the conditioning treatment and blow-dry were "CUSTOM". I've used R+Co products before, I know she used Dallas on me but when I questioned what conditioning 'treatment' she used, the stylist couldn't tell me, but she said she definitely used one and it wasn't just conditioner... So I left not sure if I could have just slapped some Dallas on at home or if she did anything. Stylist certainly didn't reveal anything about my hair type or discuss my hair's needs so clearly not a trichologist. Price menu either needs to have this service as an add on only, or they need to create a bundle with upfront pricing. Lesson learned, next time I'll go to Sally's, for $40 I'll be hooked up. (And I left a $10 tip cuz I'm dumb and insecure and felt pressured...

Within about 30 minutes I was charged $270 dollars on my credit card for services I did not receive. I had planned on calling and rescheduling my service. This was my first time booking at this salon, I understand a fee for not making an appointment but not the total charge of the service. This was my first booking at this salon and it will be my last. To be charged for $270 worth of services within 30 minutes of my appointment time is unfair and ridiculous. I anticipate the response of well you didn't make the appointment and it cuts into her money. Well getting charged for services I did not receive cuts into mine. I am on a budget too.
