Has declined immensely under new management. I was a loyal customer for AT LEAST 6 YEARS, yet the last time I went, the workers yelled in my face and harassed me because they were unable to match the color on my fingernails to the color on my toenails despite the fact that that's the service I was paying for. They eventually asked me to pay for the services I was given BUT wanted me to walk out with 3 UNPAINTED TOENAILS. When I told them I would not pay AND walk out with an unfinished job, workers shouted at each other and then at me. I offered to pay for the service on my fingernails and they insisted I should also pay for my 3 bare toenails as well. I calmly informed them once more that I could not pay for the unfinished job. Workers then shouted in my face again and demanded that I look for the nail polish that was on my other toenails myself because 5 workers were unable to find it even though the polish had JUST been used on me. A worker then threatened me with calling the cops if I did not pay for the incomplete work and leave. I stood my ground and the lady called the cops who, upon arrival, immediately said the colors on my fingernails and toenails were NOT the same and that I did not have to pay for services that were not rendered. I still paid for my manicure and nail polish but I will NEVER return to this establishment due to the harassment and this 3.5 hour ordeal. On top of that, my manicure started coming off two days after having it done. I’ve been coming here for 4 times and yesterday was my last. I called ahead so they can get my name down and ask if there were busy the lady on the phone said no. the moment I walked in, it was really pack and I had to wait 8 minutes so someone can get me. I got my mani and pedicure done but I had a horrible experience, the lady that was doing my toes was doing it all fast so she can leave, the lady that was doing my mani was burning me with (the tool that shaved your nail) it happened 4 times! Then I got my eyebrows done and I never done wax before so this was gonna be a challenge for me. So the lady that done my mani was doing my eyebrows, and I wasn’t so sure about her because of all the mistake she’s done. So I gave her a chance and sure enough when she started my eyebrows, she stared laughing cause I was saying Oww! Cause the pain hurts and she kept laughing and laughing and I wasn’t so happy! She messed up my left eyebrow, she plucked a lot of hair on the bottom and I knew something bad was gonna happen. So she tried fixing it, and I told her No! My eyebrows are uneven. I don’t want you to pluck them out, I’m showing you, There’s no hair under. She kept fixing it and brushing my eyebrows and I said No! There’s nothing you can fixed. It’s done, I guess I’ll have to wait till it grows back. I wasn’t happy at all. So she didn’t charge me cause I didn’t like it. I am never coming...

6 days later. Changed my rating from a 5. Toe polish chipped on both feet. See pics Very disappointing. Idk what happened but the lady that did my pedi said she had to go and a guy in the shop would polish me. I remember hearing him say he hadn't done it in a while. Well I didn't think anything of it. Painting nails is painting nails but here I am not even a full week later with chipped polish. Yes it's regular polish but on my toes it usually last a full 2 up to 3 weeks. I don't ever get gel on my toes cause regular is usually just fine for me until now. So I don't know if he used the wrong top coat but this is bothersome. I'm unable to return here anytime soon for them to fix it -- previous review day of service. . . First pedi/polish of the fall season. Long over due. First time here Nice staff. Friendly. They didn't have the color red I was hoping to match my fingernails but I decided to proceed anyway. It's pretty. They're a bit more Americanized with their communication at this location. Don't get me the wrong I have the utmost respect for everyone's culture and their God-given right to speak their native tongue but it is nice to be able to communicate a bit easier...
