Office Depot — Attraction in Wichita Falls

The Office Depot in Wichita Falls, Texas has never let me down. Whether I needed a Sharpie, a laptop or a printer they have quickly tended to my needs. The store is always clean, and bright and employees are always available if I needed something. Recently, I was in for my 2024 planner, and I spent a good 30 minutes trying to get just what I wanted. They repeatedly checked on me despite me telling them I was ok. Buying my yearly planner takes time (as I am picky) A few days back I was having major problems with my printer that is less than a year old. I spent no less than 2 hours online trying to get the warranty people to assist me. I finally was so frustrated that I loaded up my printer and left home at 7:00 a.m. the next morning. During the hour drive I kept thinking about who, what and how to try to resolve this. Once I got in the store Todd was there to greet me. I began by telling him I was frustrated about the situation and NOT with him. As I started to explain he ask to see my receipt. Within 2 minutes he had an identical printer sitting beside me. He swapped it out for me on the spot. I can't tell you how much of a relief he was. He has been the one who has sold me 2 laptops and smaller items. He is always genuine, thoughtful and puts the buyer at ease. If I had a question, he had an answer. It never matters if it is a 3-minute conversation or an hour-long process of getting a laptop bought and set up. He goes above and beyond what he should have to do. If you need anything go see Todd. I was on a tight timeline last week and drove through Wichita Falls, with a necessary stop at this Office Depot. I had ordered some items printed for a funeral I was going to. I showed up shortly after they opened the store and all the staff were very positive and welcoming. Todd, the GM, helped me in the print area where I picked up the online order I had made the day prior. My large poster and prayer cards came out perfectly! Then he helped me select an affordable photo scanner. I received excellent customer service at this store. The store also looked very organized and clean. I had tried several stores in the Fort Worth area and they could not guarantee my order for an early morning pick up. The print staff here assured me it would be ready & it was! The first thing they said was to go away, they couldn't make anything but regular size copies. I said I didn't understand (I thought they did things you couldn't do at home?) Finally they did make them... after an hour. I was the only person there first thing, and it took that long for for three copies. They stopped helping several times, and took several other people in front of me, also chatting with friends in-store while I quietly waited, then charged DOUBLE the price they quoted (35!?
