Serenity Salon, Spa & Boutique — Attraction in Wichita Falls

Mallory is a hair genius who does wonders for my hair! 🩷🩷🩷 The Boutique has the CUTEST items. I I prefer to shop online and avoid people. They do have an online service, however they do not list all their items. 😫 I called and made a suggestion that as soon as they open a box of new inventory, get it steamed, photographed, and put on their website. (This is why I took a star off.) Do they realize that their sales would triple?! Super rude customer service. I walked in to try to get an appointment for the day and was told they were all booked up because they only had one stylist. I was wanting to potentially create an appointment, but I was not offered an appointment and the lady did not seem interested in accommodating me at all. My daughter and I are new to town, so I’m looking for a new salon. We get our hair done about every 6 weeks, but we will not be using Serenity. They are not friendly at all and have horrible grammar. I'm not from the area, but every time I'm anywhere close to Wichita Falls I make a point to stop at Serenity Salon. I love their boutique! All of my cutest clothes are from here. I've always had amazing customer service, and someone is always available to help me by getting different colors and sizes of things I've tried on. I love everything I've gotten from Serenity Salon, including jewelry! Looking forward to my trip to Serenity...
