Lucinda's — Attraction in Wichita

Lucinda's is far and away my favorite store of all-time. There have been times in my life where I have had to move outside of Kansas, and Lucinda's is what I always miss the most. Their shop is the definition of lovely. They are everything that I adore rolled into one. First and foremost, the staff is so delightful. I have always been greeted and treated with kindness. That same gesture has extended to my special needs son as well, which left a deep positive impression. Their selection of gifts, jewelry, clothes and accessories is fun and impressive. There is something for everyone. 75% of my wardrobe is from Lucinda's, I kid you not. They are always my first stop for when I need a little treat for myself and others. They offer online shopping and pickup which I have utilized many times and appreciate. They deserve all the praise....

For those of you visiting the area and living in Wichita. I used to live in Wichita and though Lucinda's is a very "fun" boutique the Staff always made me feel uncomfortable. Not only were they awful to me, but rude to my child as well. EVERY time I went in there. The best word for the staff is "snobby". I was in town visiting only a few day's ago and went into Lucinda's (not by choice) with a few family members and we had an awful experience... yet again. I believe the staff is ran by the family members who seriously lack proper social skills. I wish their customer service matched up with the quality of their merchandise, though sadly it does not. I will never...

Super cute store in downtown Wichita. Had picked up a list from Clifton Collective of local shops in Wichita to visit while I was here. They had local Wichita stuff, along with other smaller designers. They carried clothes and shoes, and many gift items for any occasion.

Ended up purchasing a cute headband/head wrap and a pair of $25 glasses that I love. I might have to stop back by before the end of my trip to purchase another pair of glasses.

I really wanted to find a local Wichita pin for my jacket, but unfortunately they didn't have any.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful and welcomed us as soon as we entered the store.
