Everything at this market is grown or made by the vendor at the market. Being a producer's market means that you can always get the answers to your questions about the products. Best to come early since the place is busy and vendors often have a limited amount, especially when an item is just coming into season. I got a tandy cake from a stand and I wish I had brought more than one! From the crepe stand I got spanicopita and a quiche. I was not a fan of the spanicopita but the quiche was amazing!! I don't remember the flavor but according to my daughters all of the ones without meat are always worth it. (They are vegetarians) Next time I visit them I am buy several to bring back to freeze. It's a really nice mix of Amish, (at farm prices) PA Dutch People and homegrown organic people. fruits vegetables and meats, plus seafood from Helmrichs across the street.
