Edit - same issues, different day. I have a two level home. Sometimes, my family like to be downstairs - but if you happen to be downstairs when the delivery person knocks on your door, by the time you get upstairs, they have already gone and left you a notice. I work till past the annex's closing. Please explain how I can get my package? I've called and been told my package was "returned to sender". But the package actually was not returned to sender and Amazon had to get involved. This place is inept at best and lazy at worst. From now on I will have packages delivered to my work. I hesitate to even write a review lest our mail issues become even worse! However, having lived here for 2 years now, i can honestly say this is the worst "postal office" I've ever encountered. Packages not delivered, receiving "sorry we missed you" notices when we were home to two missing pay checks. I've called this establishment no less than twice a month (and sometimes many more times trying to sort out mistakes). If you ever have the pleasure of talking to the supervisor, Mary, consider calling back. She's rude and offensive. She has no accountability and will consistently berate, insult and hang up on you. When I spoke with her about my two missing pay checks she told me I "probably had the wrong address" on my check. I explained that that wasn't the case - she said "oh well, not my problem!" I asked how can I be sure my next check won't get lost - she got completely huffy and said "I will just start copying your mail to track it". "Mary, I don't think that's even legal!" "We do it all the time. We are the US government, we can do what we want."
Beautiful.
When I asked about missing packages or mail not belong delivered she said "it's not my fault people steal things."
Absurd how this woman is a supervisor and how the ANNEX continues to be in business. I don't understand how they can get away with treating people this way and nothing changes. Still - no mail. Now, if I want my neighbors mail? That, you can be sure will be delivered to my address, mine however has disappeared into...
Read moreExtraordinarily lazy delivery with a petty agenda. Since they went out of their merry way to be petty to us, here is an extraordinarily petty review.
Our residential driveway was being repaired, so we parked our cars along the sidewalk, well away (at least 2 meters) from the mailbox, along the curb. The delivery driver took upon themself to leave a passive aggressive note telling us not to block the mailbox. There was more than ample space to get to the mailbox without ever touching our car. I imagine that this delivery driver was egregiously pained by the fact that they couldn’t drive their mail vehicle all the way up to the mailbox, so unwilling were they to take 2 steps outside their truck to drop off some mail. Perhaps 10 seconds of walking is simply too difficult of a task; after all, we live in the age of convenience. Yet ironically, they somehow had the time and energy to expend on scrawling a note, marching over to our car, and sticking it under the windshield wiper. Dear delivery person: next time you self-ordain yourself as an issuer of passive-aggressive parking tickets, take a moment to reflect on who is truly causing your own...
Read moreIf I could give this place a 0 star I would. It’s now day 6 and still no mail. I think it’s time we as a community protest in front of this place and get every worker out of here including managers as well. I’ve been living in the Willowbrook neighborhood for 4 years exactly. Mail has never come on time. Last night, on August 23rd of this year, the post lady was delivering mail at 8:00pm. She only delivered mail for 2 of the complex and left. Receiving mail at 8:00pm at night is crazy work within itself. Not to mention they purposely place mail in the wrong mailbox. April last year of 2023, my check was placed into the wrong mailbox and someone cashed my check. I also missed a letter in the mail regarding a court case I knew nothing about due to me not reveling the letter on time. Something needs to be done about this. They don’t prioritize our community and it shows. A protest is needed. We take this very serious and at some point, something needs to be...
