I’m going to be honest here because I think other travelers deserve to be aware. This hotel has nothing (but a nice gym) going for it. We arrived to a clogged bathtub, inoperable AC, and broken down laundry facilities. We were ok with the bathtub situation because as long as we took quick showers it would hold, but AC stopped working in the middle of the night so we had to move to another room (extremely inconvenient!). Rachel upgraded us to a king executive suite and approved extended check out (from 1200 to 1pm— we are Marriott Gold members and get this most of the time regardless but grateful) and was fairly attentive to our discontent. This was a one-night stay so keep in mind we spent our only night with no AC. Concerning the laundry, we read it was not working from another review 4 weeks back, but assumed it would be fixed by now—that was not the case. Very annoying as we have been on the road for a while and this was supposed to be our recoup stop as hotel is not equipped with a pool. Issues like this should be advertised before booking. Free hot breakfast was decent but we have had better. Coffee stopped at 0900, again not the best for travelers. Tons of tiny bugs flying all around. We will not return to this location and would recommend others to approach with caution.

Super honest review here. No elevator, no laundry, no security on side doors as front lobby and door is closed (card readers deactivated so completely open 24/7), phone in room didn’t work, and streaming services on TV unavailable as well. The bright side: breakfast was very good and generous selection. Rooms were very nice and clean and comfortable. Front desk staff, and even manager whom I expressed my concerns too, were professional and kind. Great location and very nice fitness room. This hotel has potential. They just have too many big issues that I feel like should have been better communicated to guests ahead of time. I felt misled when I asked about timeline of down services when I checked in. For example, when I asked how long the elevator had been down, I was told I could call the manager and inquire. I was there for 3 nights and, once issues above are resolved, I would consider staying there again. And I do appreciate the manager for hearing me out. These issues are obviously beyond what one person can fix and I don’t blame her.

This hotel is a 2 star at best. My room smelled like cigarettes. The counters are dusty. The floor is dirty, the shower looks dirty with rust and mold ring around the drain. The toilet seat was had something dark on it. Thank God for Clorox wipes. The bed was just a cheap mattress sitting on a platform without anything holding it in place. So, the mattress would slide around out of place easily. I made the mistake of coming late at night but, I’m glad we’re here for just 1 night. I called to make the reservation and the guy booked the wrong room and by the time I checked in and realized the mistake, the hotel was sold out. This little town needs better options. Never again, that’s what I get for cheating on Hilton.

I stay in hotels often for work and never thought I’d actually have to leave a hotel. When I arrived there was a massive cockroach in the bathroom that ran across my foot when I was brushing my teeth. Mind you I got there at 11pm and that was my welcome. I then walked into the bedroom area and looked down at the bed and there were black bugs on the bed moving around. I have never been this disappointed and felt so uneasy and disgusted. When I went down to the lobby the front desk was apologetic but gave me the room next door. Needless to say I felt very uncomfortable and then to give me the room next door? I have zero confidence these rooms are cleaned appropriately. Absolutely terrible.

Room looked clean at first glance. Linens were white with no stains, beds were a little too firm for my liking, but great water pressure in shower and sink. The second night that I stayed I found someone’s nail clipping on the sink which grossed me out. Also the ac unit seems to have mold in it which is definitely a health hazard. Rooms need a more deeper clean.

Solid budget option that's recently (2020) updated and well maintained. Water pressure is phenomenal, TV and channel selection are above par, and beds are comfortable. Breakfast has eggs and bacon as well as continental items but is not fancy, but there are several restaurants nearby including Cracker Barrel and Chick-fil-a.
