Starbucks — Restaurant in Wilson

Third time coming here and last time coming to this unprofessional, unorganized, dirty Starbucks. I really tried to give this location a chance since it’s the closest to my house but id rather drive an extra 10 minutes then to go here. The employees have no social etiquette or awareness they can’t even follow simple instructions. I asked them to line the cup with mocha drizzle. They didn’t even put any mocha drizzle in my coffee!!! Every time I come here it’s an issue. Hire employees that can read and follow simple intrusions!!! Waited 10 minutes for a small coffee while they were chatting it up and they couldn’t even do it right!!! The first two times they messed up I was trying to be nice and give them the benefit of the doubt since we all have bad days but messing up a third time is actually insane to me. The drive thru wasn’t even busy. RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES THEY CANT DO THERE JOB...

I really do not care for this particular starbucks. They make drinks weird here....they are always either too sweet or too bitter....it's weird because the stuff I ask for is not complicated.

Also, I know starbucks is usually woke as hell, but this particular one is over the top. The last time I went in there, there were like 4 friggin rainbow flags. One was sprawled like 2ft x 8ft across the entire countertop.

This unit of a man actually proceeded to yank it down twice lol it was hilarious.

The entire staff identifies as something else, and it's very awkward to be in there for long periods of time bc of the way the employees talk/sound/laugh...its all very theatrical.

I only ever came in here if I absolutely had to have a coffee and couldn't wait, but now I think I will wait an extra 10-15 min until I get to the next exit. This place is just...

I've been stopping here once a week, for the last year. Had an amazing experience with prior barristas, adorable, sweet, polite, and smiling young ladies. Today is a totally different story! Asked for a simple almond milk latte, extra hot with no foam... I got a 2/3 cup of latte, still foamy. It happens that sometimes they don't see the notes, so I mentioned to the girl that made my drink if it was possible to fill it up and take the foam out, please. She just grabbed the drink and threw it out rudely!! The coffee splashed everywhere... this is in no way a reaction that is acceptable. 6 employees, cold and disturbing atmosphere. You feel as if you are unwelcome and bothering them. I am a regular Starbucks customer, like once or twice a day, all over the country as I work on the road.
