Okay...First, I'm at the 5033 Raleigh rd. Bojangles. Second, I am a regular at this Bojangles. Mostly for dinner for my 2 kids and me. Tonight we stopped in around 9pm (5-26-24) and are inside. I'm used to seeing a different manager at night and he's awesome. Always kind, attentive and is very patient with my kids and I who come in loud and rowdy after a ballgame. Tonight was a completely different atmosphere. I was so uncomfortable and so was my Mother. We are NOT prudish folks, no. But this young guy, who I believe was the manager Tonight, he was taking orders and called "Bobby" about 8 times asking where the fries were. So, I'm assuming this was the manager. Bojangles!!! Demote this guy!! And make Bobby the manager!! This guy was clearly high or needed a nap. He stared at my Mom when we were at the end of the line and just said to her "What, what?" I guess he thought she was staring at him, but he was angry seeming. It took FOREVER to get our food and alot of people were waiting....on fries! I finally got mu food, took it to the table....they forgot my fries. BUT the really nice dark haired lady took care of that for me. SHE should be a manager!!! She is always so sweet to everyone. When we were done I went to ask for a bag and the "manager" took forever to even acknowledge I was standing there at the counter. I got his attention, he brings me the bag and I go to take it from him but he wouldn't let go of the bag! I looked at him and he shook his head like he was out of it and said, "oh I'm sorry, sorry". So weird. He creeped me out! He needs to moved to the back! And my normal night time manager isn't allowed to have any days off!!! Haha just kidding. Bojangles you can fix this issue. I donk care how good the food is, if I'm uncomfortable, I won't eat there. Sorry this is so long. Thanks...
Read moreThis was my fiance and I's first time going through the drive through at this location in awhile. The person taking our order was nice and pleasant and everything on the menu screen was correct.
We get to the window to a young lady that was on her phone and spoke with an attitude. She took my payment and told us it would be a moment. Not a problem at all, so we asked for some sauces and waited. The girl was leaned over into the drive through window and scrolling on her phone the entire time.
We finally received our food and I asked if the sauces were in the back. Instead of checking, she responded with a rude "they should be" and handed us our bags. Naturally, I checked to see if there was any sauce and of course, there was not. So I ask again and she finally gives us some.
We get home, 15 minutes away, and realize that we're missing one of our biscuits and that one fry was given to us as a small when it should've been a large. We call the restaurant and was told to bring back the receipt. The girl in the drive through never gave us one, and no receipt was on or in the bag. I suppose we're out of that money, which sucks, but we continue on to start eating.
My fiance mentioned that the sausage in his sausage biscuit was dry and hard. Eventually he fed the remainder of it to our pups. The chicken in my sandwich way dry as if it was cooked awhile ago and refried in the fryer in order to make it crispy.
We do come to this location for breakfast occasionally and it's always been pretty good. We've never been in the evening/night time, and I highly doubt we'll be back...
Read moreWhat seemed like forever to get to a place a once called a favorite "BoJangles".. I went through the drive through asked for my food to be cooked to order, and I'd wait for it.
The rude person in the drive through said all the food is cooked to order. 🤔 Paid for my food and was ready for the next couple of hour's that I had to drive.. But, I checked my bag and the French fries were so hard and dark that I'd thought I had a bag of Russet chip's dark.
Parked went inside, explained my situation, the older lady said ALL of our fries look this. I replied excuse me, all I'm asking for is some fresh fries. Then the cashier chimes in aren't fries supposed to look like that? What in the whole hell did she say to me. 1st of all that is not common courtesy to a paying customer. This NOT the behavior anyone should get, by now my response to her was if I wanted Russet chip's I would've gone to the store.
The nastiness of from the drive thru to the old lady, to the cashier that should've minded her business.
So, in walks this tall gentleman asks is everything ok, Kudos to the manager he responded immediately to get me the fries I was asking for and seemed to be embarrassed by his crew.
Right them up and retire the older lady, if all your fries look like that, then maybe the health inspector needs to pay this store a visit.
My daughter is a...
