Place is nasty. They have a rating of 97 as of this past January. I could not get a pic of the ceiling but it had black spots what looked like black mold. This was a first time going and last time going. I ordered a double cheeseburger all the way, fries and a drink. The meal cost me almost $11 for it. If they didn't give you enough fries to feed 4 people then they could lower the price of the meal. I took my first bite and all I could taste was all the grease. They gave me a large handful of napkins in my bag and I can see why. It was like they took the burger and cooked it and then put it in the deep fryer with the french fries . They wrap the burger in tinfoil that is the thinnest I have ever seen. It dripped grease all over the place. It was by worst burger I have ever had. They are trying to be a HWY55 and five guys but don't even come close. I would have been better off going to Burger King than here. I had not noticed the floor and drink area until after I has ordered and almost for my food. The wall near the drink machine was wet from the drink machine constantly dripping from the dispensars. One do the workers had there either daughters or some friend or family member playing around at the high bar near the bathrooms. The dipping dots station that was in the location had dust on it and the ice cream looked like it was old. They have w big fan on the outside of the door I am guessing to keep bugs out but didn't work. Find another place to eat. The person who took my order didn't know how to use the CC machine. She kept swiping the card upside down and backwards. The fries I think had been cooked this morning bc of how dry they were. They had no flavor at all and the over cooked them or recooked them. First time eating food from Best-N-Burgers. I ordered ahead and parked in front once I arrived. It was VERY busy when I got there. I called to let them know I was there, order should have been ready. I was placed on hold, but the girl who answered laid the phone down, so I could hear what was being said. I heard her gripingly say, "I don't know why everyone has to be ordering all at once". I thought it was kind of funny. After staying on hold for several minutes, someone else picked up the phone, I told them I was there, and was told it would be just a few minutes. I waited almost 30 minutes. Mostly, the food was really good. I ordered 3 cheeseburgers, 2 with bacon, but only got one with bacon. I live about 40 minutes away, so I didn't know the bacon was missing from my burger until after I got home. I paid extra for bacon I didn't receive. The burger with bacon, my son's burger, only had a little bit of bacon on it, so that was disappointing, considering I paid extra AND considering the price of the meal. I also paid extra for chili cheese ff in place of regular ff in my meal. There could have been more chili and cheese, but not bad. You get a ton of ff with each meal. I honestly think that's why the meals cost a bit much. The ff had no salt or seasoning, which would have made them MUCH better. A lot of them were over cooked and some even burnt.
