Burger King — Restaurant in Wilson

Literally, this place caused me to miss opening kickoff for tonights ECU football game. Paid for a Whooper with no cheese (son has lactose allergy). Only drive thru was open. 11 year old had to use the bathroom. Had enough time to get out of the car and walk to Best N Burger to use the bathroom. Got back in the car and the burger given wasn't our order. I had to stand outside of the drive thru while they made my order. Got to know the next guy in line. I get the whooper and it has cheese. Now there is another guy standing at the window, along with the guy in a truck, with the same issue. Already 20 minutes in. I asked if I could get cash back for the Whopper. She said no as I paid with a card. I could not stay any longer and am fortunate enough to cut my loss. My 11 year old son was really looking forward to kickoff (1st Thursday night football game). We ordered 2 Whopper jrs, one all the way one without cheese and tomato. I explained my order twice due to the cashier confused look on her face. Got to the car success on the everyday Whopper Jr. But there was cheese on the other Whopper. 10 piece nuggets were overcooked and lukewarm and had the consistency of sawdust. Overall a poor experience at the BK. Honestly I have seen a real decline in quality at the BK. But to be fair the one store in Georgetown SC has been a redeemer for the most of the stores we have visited on our travels. Just left this Burger King location but when I arrived I asked the gentleman at the register what was his 5 dollar meal. He told me just 2 jr whoppers and that was all. So I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches one with cheese and a med fry and jr whooper he asked if I wanted cheese on the whooper and I said yes. 4 items cost me 18 dollars I look at my receipt and notice a 60cent charge for cheese. I get my food and head home when I open my food no cheese on any item I just purchased and cold food. I don't understand why people just don't take pride in there work anymore.have people really got this lazy on the job or just stupid if the people serving this food was served this same quality food they would lose...
