Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Wilson

Went through the drive thru later in the night just to get some dinner after being out all night. Ordered a fried chicken sandwich and a grilled chicken sandwich, both meals. Also ordered Chick-fil-A sauce and Polynesian sauce. Took close to 15 minutes to get food after being told to pull into a curbside pickup park. Mind you this was late at night so there was not a ton of people in the line. One person walked out with food, asked my name and after I told her my name she said "Oh" with an attitude and walked away. When I got my food they only gave honey bbq packets, which was not the sauce I ordered at all and before I could even say anything they had run away and shut the doors meaning I didn't even have a chance to tell them they gave me the wrong sauces. When I got home the fries with my meal were cold and nasty and tasted like they could have been sitting for a while. I don't expect fresh that late at night but the least they could be is warm. This is completely unexpected and unacceptable service from a company like Chick-fil-A. I don't just blame the people working at night, I also blame the management that clearly doesn't know how to train their staff to be responsible at work or the show any respect towards customers. If this is how the employees act I can only imagine how the management or the owner acts. Highly...

Chicken sandwich was delicious, hot and fresh..my 1st ever disappointment was the chicken noodle soup.. it was not good..it actually tasted like no bowel I've ever ordered..it was thin broth, had few noodles, it just didn't seem at all like the thick delicious soup I've ate at other Chick-fil-A's it was flavorless... I don't know if it was a off batch but I wouldn't try again..(unless I heard another or read another later review say different) ...or even better ..taste it before I pulled away.. the customer service was awesome as always..friendly, fast efficient and so respectful... you will wait a bit longer .. but the best sandwich is worth the wait .. and realistically what is waiting 5-8mins? I've waited longer for less quality and fast food..So from the time ordered it is worth stopping and the wait for the best chicken sandwich ok for me.. I again would check out that soup for it just wasn't right? But I'd go back and get what I know and is good.. BTW 'the Mac & cheese was a good side ..and a change from the fries . First time I ever ate at a Chick-fil-A in my life. I was terribly disappointed, the sandwich was less then stellar. I ordered a club sandwich- the bacon that made it to the sandwich was literally the size of a single quarter. But worse was that it was almost big enough to cover the tiny piece of chicken on my sandwich! I took 2 bites of bun (decent bread here) and lettuce and tomato before my teeth hit chicken. Thats when I opened it up and saw the tiny excuse for bacon on what I can only describe as half of a chicken filet piece that you might see at McDonald's or BK. The one thing they do have going is that sauce is crazy good. Thank God they gave me 3 of them cuz at least I enjoyed that! Waffle fries were meh, it looks like i kinda got the bottom of the fry barrel - all tiny pieces with none bigger than a pinky nail. I have to admit, I don't see what all the hoopla is about.
