City Eyes Optometry — Attraction in Winchester

Recently had my appointment here at the Lenscrafters on April 17th with Dr. Broca for contacts.

First off, I have never had contacts before and I hate touching my eye. So I was very apprehensive about going to my appointment.

The staff here is friendly and very informative. They left voicemails regarding my appointment and had already pulled up my insurance information so they were able to talk to me about my co-pays right over the phone prior to my appointment. During the intial exam, they were nothing but patient with me as no one likes that test where it blows the air in to your eye.

Now on to Dr. Broca herself. She was so very kind to me, never rushed me through anything. When I say I don't like touching my eye, she understood that a lot of people have that same feeling.

So when it came time to actually try on contacts, no matter how many times I failed at getting it in there, she never got impatient. Kept coaching me on and encouraging me til I got it in.

She is a true gem amongst other optometrists that I have been to over the course of many years and would love to continue to be a patient of hers for as long...

LensCrafters on Maryland Parkway near the Boulevard Mall Highly recommend Marie Broca, OD She has compassion and empathy for her older patients going through some traumatic experiences as there is a team of physicians I have been working with for the past year since relocating here I the area of Nevada

I’m very happy and so pleased that she does all the testing right in the exam room for glucoma and macular degeneration and can see immediately if there are any signs of problems

She is honest and got me done quickly She has a good longevity of being Board Certified and Registered OD

I am a brand new patient and my husband being an over the truck driver will be looking into Pacific Optometry and the LensCrafters eyeglass area for his next visit to be examined and purchase new frames At Twain and Maryland crossing location red light In plaza with Ross and Five Below and Spanish grocery and Oriental grocery stopping

The staff are all ver helpful and easy to help with understanding your insurance benefits what is acceptable and coverages

I appreciate the wide variety of selection for the frames, so much that it was hard for me to decide which frames were for best for me. I did not wait too long for the check in for my exam. They made sure I was comfortable and they remembered my name. They answered all of my questions needed about my eye health and what to wear for my best vision. After my exam they helped me calculate for my frames and lenses and even suggested their amazing protection plan at a super affordable cost. Which made me feel very comfortable. She even told me about the current sales going on which convinced me to come back and get the other frames that I adored so much. 10/10 would recommend this place for anybody looking for an eye exam or glasses...
