FYE — Attraction in Winchester

JUST BOUGHT A BATMAN FUNKO POP FIGURE FROM HERE BACK ON TUESDAY- AND THE GUY I SPOKE TO WHO PUT IT UP FOR ME TO HOLD ON TO UNTIL I CAME IN JUST ABOUT 15 MINUTES LATER WAS THE NICEST YOU COULD EVER TALK TO- AND SO WAS THE OTHER GUY WHO WAS THE CASHIER- DON'T REMEMBER THEIR NAMES, BUT I REMEMBER THEIR SERVICE, AND I WILL BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN- ANOTHER THING I LOVE THE SELECTION OF OTHER FUNKO POP FIGURES AND OTHER ACTION FIGURES- THIS IS A STORE THAT WILL CONTINUE TO GET MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON, JUST BASED ON THE FRIENDLINESS OF THE STAFF IF NOTHING ELSE, BUT I STILL DO REALLY LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE SUCH A WIDE SELECTION OF FUNKO POP FIGURES...

The owner/manager is incredibly rude

I was in FYE on sunday searching for a Porg toy with my little brother for christmas. We found one near the entrance that apparently had a voice box. I pushed the "try me" button twice, only for the manager to yell at us from across store. At this point I had picked up the toy to purchase it when we realized the manager was glaring at us from behind, "don't touch it again." My brother and I weren't really sure what to do, before he repeated himself "I'm saving the battery, don't touch it."

He was so concerned with "a teenager touching his merchandise" he never once concidered we wanted to purchase it.

We put the toy down and bought one from Target instead.

had an awesome experience at FYE recently, and it was all thanks to the two employees working there – Trevor and Sho. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Trevor was super chill and knew everything about the merch I was looking for. He gave great recommendations and even pointed out some deals I would’ve missed. You can tell he really enjoys what he does, and it made shopping that much better. Sho was equally great – super friendly and quick to help when I had questions about some collectibles. He had a great vibe and made the checkout process...
