Parkway Plaza - Winston-Salem — Attraction in Winston-Salem

A lot has changed over the year's, over all nice plaza to shop at. Two thing's people park in the fire lane makes it hard to get around safely and guy's walking up asking for money, one tall slim dark haired white guy t-shirt and knee shorts says he is hungry but he doesn't like taking a sandwich from one of the food places, he likes money instead. Some other's use the line hey big man,boss man and the best one hey Cow boy. Cow boy I'm driving a car, I'm not riding a 🐎 horse, I thought 🐄 Cow boy's rides on horse's. Oh you called me boss man or cow boy, let me give you a few dollar's, you just made my day!!! LoL please if you want to help them, give your money or shop at Two places the Rescue Mission Outlet store - or - Goodwill store or just give them money. Both places help people. When I give someone in a parking money, the only thing I'm doing for them is making a bad thing worse. I'll buy someone some food to help or buy them a bus pass for a $1.00 but will not buy them 🍺 booze and 💉 drug's. Need an off duty Police working the plaza and yes I know Compare Foods have one but only work's inside of...

I lived there on the side where u had access to everything for almost two years and zi loved it. I lost my job and had to leave and they really worked with me.

They have new people in the office who seem to not know what the other one WAS doing. I needed help and asked for the main office phone number. I called the main office who told me to call the on site office once I told them what I needed. I told them that I was told to call you!

She said no that they had to send an email to the regional manager. I asked for her number and was told that she didn't have one! I asked for her supervisor I was told that she didn't have one! Tey told me to called the on site office!

I of course got frustrated and told them to have a nice day!

It's really sad to see corporations that don't care about the small businesses of the people they're renting to. I say this because this plaza is becoming more and more desolate and sad. There's nothing to attract people to come buy. If you look at all the businesses that have left, it's for the same reason: The high rent they charge business owners, and the absurd rules they put in their contracts. It's sad to see how every year many businesses close their doors, leaving this plaza desolate and empty. Besides, it's not even a safe place; it's constantly infested with homeless people. I think it's one of the ugliest plazas in Winston-Salem... owners needs to improve or do something to make this...
