The park is lacking any disclosure that its almost entirely geared to very young children, and has very few rides. Also astonishing was the lack of food choices, and places for adults to eat or drink. Majority of the few choices was the typical unhealthy starch and sugar filled modern day kid food like pasta and pizza. The one burger place they had charged $17 for a burger. There seemed to be a lot of places not open like the taco place. We went during spring break on a Friday and we kept asking ourselves why places weren’t open. Just a dismal selection of places to eat and menus themselves were 2-3 items only. Almost no wait on most attractions. The two rides they did have were fun. The Cypress Garden is a sight on its own and very tropical and beautiful. The giant Lego displays are awesome. The lakeside location is very cool and also beautiful. Legoland needs to make this place more parent friendly and add more rides for kids of all ages. Came away feeling overcharged and underwhelmed...
Read moreNo issues with the park but beware when you go and if you want to upgrade your day tickets to annual passes. After leaving the park and having an awesome day my kids wanted to come back and I decided to upgrade to a gold annual pass, an employee overcharge me for one of the upgrades $72 for a pass. We came back 2 weeks later needed to upgrade to a platinum due to black out dates and they made me pay the full upgrade pass from the original ticket price and when I asked to be credited the $72 I was previously over charge I was handed out a card to send an email to customer service. They made me paid twice for upgrades about $900 for 3 passes. I have been going back and forth with customer service and even thought they agree it was their mistake they won’t refund me the $450 they over charge me but want to give me “$450 lego money” to spend in the park 1 month fighting the mistakes of 3 different employees and no solution. The worst...
Read moreThis is the second time here, about 6 months apart in visits. Still disappointed in this visit, too. The bigger, cool rides are still closed. The new Ferrari experience was fun. The missing Ford was a let down. The cashier in the store said lego dropped their sponsorship? Hrm. With all the other options in Orlando, I don't believe we will try legoland for a 3rd time. I advise anyone looking at reviews to pick somewhere else. The lines are quick, is the only bonus, but yah know.. with so much closed and not much to do...
