On November 14th I went in for my eye exam and placed the order for new glasses. On November 18th the claim was submitted and the insurance processed the claim. On November 26th I called the facility and was advised its been a holiday and weekends and have put a hold on the processing. We are still waiting for the insurance to approve the claim. On December 3rd I called the facility again and was told the same and they would call me when they come in. Today December 10th I took it upon myself and went to the facility. I told the young lady Im here to get the glasses or I want a refund. She said let me check the back. She returned and said theyre done we were going to call you. These are the facts with no opinion on my side. You tell me how you would react? I left and called the insurance. The insurance claimed it was filed and processed on the 18th. I explained all to the insurance company. I was advised to file a claim with Quality affairs with the insurance to make them aware of service at these office. My husband has never had to wait for glasses anymore at most than a week under the same insurance. And let it be know the frames were the ones on display. And they handed the glasses to me without a final fitting or recommendation to return to do so. You cant make these things up. Hope you can SEE...
Read moreI had a wonderful experience here! I originally came here to purchase glasses with a prescription I received from another Doctor. First of all the selection of glasses they have is awesome! I like the name brand glasses and they have a huge selection. When my glasses came in I had a very difficult time seeing out of them. I thought it may be because I needed to adjust to them. Once I figured out that wasn’t the case I made an appointment with the Doctor here for a second opinion on the prescription my last Dr gave me. He truly cared to figure out what was going on, he had me wear my old glasses and the new ones tested both pairs to see where the issue was between the two. I told him I do a lot of driving so he even had me go outside with different lenses to hold on top of my original pair to see if I could see clearer by adding or taking away from the prescription. He went over my medications with me and my medical history to make sure the issues weren’t connected. We had great conversations in general he was very communicative and made me feel extremely comfortable! I appreciate Doctors like this because not often we come across them..It took about 2 weeks for me to get the appointment but It was worth the wait! Read moreDo not bother coming here. Let me start by saying Dr. Zastrow was very friendly, polite and answered all the questions and concerns I had. On the other side his old rude staff ruined the experience for me. Just to point out a few things. First they sent me a bunch of texts asking me to pick out some frames to try on when I went in for my appointment. What a great idea right? Well when I got there they didn't pull them out and they didn't have 3/5 that I picked out in stock so why bother asking me to pick some prior to my appointment. Then they didn't understand my insurance and were trying to charge me full price for things I know I have coverage for. I was so frustrated that I left, called my insurance and they confirmed I was right. I called the office back letting them know this and they said that they had "figured it out". I came back a second time to finish this off and again they didn't have my insurance info ready and couldn't even find the frames I picked out. Again I left frustrated and without getting my glasses order done. I regret coming here and now it makes sense why there were no patients at this place.
To Will and the old secretary in the front desk, if you hate your job then maybe find another one. You both are disrespectful, incompetent and are terrible...
