May 2020 Shared photo albums, texts and updates, phone exchanges - all super! We just made a Tiffany gift purchase, this time through online service during the virus restrictions. Dana Dai, our customer rep, has been fantastic in working with us as our niece researched and selected her upcoming graduation and summer birthday gift. Beautiful bracelet! Recommend Dana and the Cleveland store.
Summer 2019 Like an easy drive? Great customer service? Nice product selection and price range? Definitely try Tiffany Cleveland! Recently we decided to purchase Tiffany jewelry - looking at necklaces and bracelets for our nieces as a surprise. We've made Tiffany purchases before in the Troy MI, NYC, and Washington DC area stores. We had a few pieces in mind from which to choose by looking online but wanted to view several in person. Since we had a bit of a drive, we decided to do some preliminary phone work and then make an appointment to view. Laura, the manager, and Dana, a customer rep were awesome, whether on the phone or in person - patient, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, fun, offering a range of ideas, and helping us understand the process if something didn't fit, or otherwise wasn't quite right. We came away with a bracelet and a necklace and have since surprised our nieces. Perfect! Would definitely recommend...
Read moreTook my silver tag necklace in for a cleaning, as I have in the past, although its been a while since I dont live in the area last Tuesday. Asked if I had an appointment, which I didn't know one was needed now, i was used to dropping off and picking up a few days-week later, but the lady checked and said she had an availability, however, Silver now has a cleaning fee. Okay, whatever. I pay the $21.60 and was told it would be done in 2 days. Never received an email or text or call, but when in the following Tuesday to pick up. Different lady takes care of me, gets my necklace and brings it out, ooh-ing and Ahh-ing how shiny and clean it looked. Where i thought it looked kinda dull, but it is over 20 years old so i kinda brushed it off. I was given a polishing cloth, signed that I picked it up and left.
I got home and looked at it a bit more closely, and still noticing it looks very dull. Took the provided polishing cloth to it and it was BLACK. through multiple pass throughs. I honestly dont think they even cleaned it (since no phone call/text/email) Frankly, im beyond pissed. If I could post a picture, I would to show how black my cloth is and how they scammed me out of $20. If it wasn't ready, they should have told me, not given it to me and Ohh and ahh-ed at...
Read moreI went to Tiffany and Co. to have my silver bracelet cleaned and refurbished. I was told it would take 48 hours. I explained I had called customer service prior to driving 1 hour and was told the store could help me on the spot. I was then told that I could come back in 2 days (and drive 2 more hours) or I could go home and collect all my pieces and make a day trip and have them all cleaned (and drive 4 more hours). I called customer service and was told that the store had the ability to offer me complementary shipping of my bracelet. When I called the store to ask them about this, I was told that shipping costs money and that Tiffany could not afford to absorb the shipping cost on a service that was already free. I was also told that I could pay for the service and have it shipped to New York or I could buy their cleaning product and do it myself. I just wished the store had taken my bracelet, cleaned it up and shipped it back to me. That customer service would have made...
