Kendra Scott — Local services in Woodmere

I live in norther MI there is no store with in a 4 hr drive, was trying to purchase a gift for my 12 year old granddaughter, my daughter lives close to the Eaton store in Cleveland. Purchased a necklace and earrings for my daughter to pick up at store. In talking with my daughter in law I believed I purchased the wrong item. So I called and purchased another one, explained to sales clerk that one would be returned. Well they only give a in store credit ! Which was not told at time on phone order. Now if I purchased online they would credit my charge card. So sorry I’m in my 70’s and shop the old fashion way in stores. Will never purchase another item (after using store credit) from this store, will find other avenue to purchase gifts for my 4...

Myself, my boyfriends mother, sister in law, and some of her friends were there for a private party last night. We probably tried on every item in that store. The girls working were absolutely amazing and answered any questions we had. If something wasn’t out that we had seen online, they went and got it from the back for us. I’ve been to many Kendra Scott stores and this one is always my favorite. The layout and the way they style the jewelry is wonderful. They were very personable employees. I will always be coming back...

I wanted to exchange a piece of jewelry and called before driving out to Chagrin . No one answered but the times said the store was opened NYE until 5:00 I showed up at 4:44 and the place was closed down . This is no way to run a business . Manager make sure your employees are not running out before they should be . Completely frustrated by the lack of disregard for your clients who count on your store being open when it’s posted as promised , not to mention having to return faulty...
