I don’t have any option for 0 star so giving them 1 star to post the review. I had a very bad experience at Fossil, Woodstock Mall, Georgia. I purchased watches for my kids and it’s not working. So I thought of returning it and took it to the same Fossil store. During the return process the sales person who took my return stated that your watches has not been charged when you purchased. I was explaining that I bought 3 watches and a wallet and its total is $132. But you are saying I didn’t purchase for its original price that is $29.99 each. When he was scanning the item box it showed $0. I asked him to scan the price tag attached to the watch which was inside the box. But he insisted both are same. Then a lady and another person said everything is right and they accused me of not returning the original items which I have a clear purchase receipt and the first return receipt where it was $0. The lady at the store was so rude to me and accused me for everything. After a long time spent on explaining, he scanned the price tag on the watch and said it’s his mistake. That lady also said everything has been taken care of in a rude way without even a sorry. Meanwhile I heard other sales person whispering “whatever the lady wants and ask her to leave the place immediately”. This is pure form of racism that I have gone through at the store today. Everyone in the store is behaving the same way to the customers based on the color. I thought buying and returning the product only requires the receipt and the product itself. Read moreWent to pick up new leather bands with my wife. As we walked in we ask if certain skeleton watches were on sale. Olivia said very rudely without looking up from her phone that the ones on the wall were. I preceeded to ask another question and before I can speak I was cutoff by Olivia VERY condescendingly..."Like I said the ones on the wall are on sale" That was not even the question I was going to ask. All this within 10 seconds of walking into the store. My wife had no words...she couldn't take it and just walked back out the store as she was very upset. I chose to stay even with the rude service. I have 12 Fossil watches 4 of which are skeleton watches but only two wrists. I'm still praying you guys bring back 1954...my point is as a G.M. ( my wife also) I would NEVER tolerate my staff talking to my guest that way. We are a black cpl...and I don't know if race played an issue or what. But we were NOT welcomed in your store. Her co-worker Karen...realizing the rudeness did try to come over after the fact. But the damage was already done. "Customers are the reason we work...not an interruption of it"

I sent my personal one in after less than 6months only to have the warranty department lose the watch! They then tell me to pick something else as a replacement and once I picked something they said all 3 choices were out of stock! Damn near 4 months later they issue a gift card instead of an actual refund.
