I will not be using Jared for any future watch repairs. Not only does it take an extraordinary amount of time to get a repair done (in my case, a month and a half), but after they had my Movado for a month, which was sent out for a battery change and cleaning, a Jared employee called me and informed me that my watch was "wet" on the inside and required that the entire mechanism had to be replaced. I knew this wasn't true, but approved the repair as I was leaving town and wanted my watch back. At this juncture, I had decided I would never do business with Jared again. However, when Jared finally called and said my watch was ready for pick up, we found out that whoever called me about my "waterlogged watch" got it wrong! There was nothing wrong with my watch at all and the original battery change/cleaning were performed. To be clear, I'm not complaining that I wasn't overcharged for a repair that didn't happen, but am pointing out a clear problem with Jared's record-keeping that they would make such a mistake with an expensive piece of jewelry. Thus, I've lost confidence in Jared and will not be entrusting my Movado to them...
Read moreI never thought I would write a bad review for a company, because I am a business owner and I know how bad it is to have negative reviews because of an employee who doesn't want to work or is having a bad day.
Today, 03/16/2025, I went into the Jared Vault store around 2:40 pm with my wife, and I was ready to buy a Rolex. There were 3 attendants there, 2 women who were helping other people and a bald black guy in front, but he was so rude to me, maybe because I am from another country, or because he simply thought I wouldn't have enough money to buy it, he didn't care about helping me and treated me like trash. I don't know how a company can treat a person this way. EVERYONE WHO COMES INTO MY STORE IS TREATED THE SAME WAY. I hope he can be held accountable for the poor service given to someone who just wanted to buy a Rolex. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN. I HOPE YOU ARE NOT TREATED DIFFERENTLY AS I WAS, BECAUSE I AM FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY.

Read moreI went in there to look at the ring called the Chosen an Adrian greeted me the moment he got a chance too when he saw me. He was working with another customer but still took the time to greet me. Once he noticed that another customer was helped me before me when I was next he was still working with his customer's he apologized mind you still helping his current customers. So because of that I stayed an waited for him to assist me. I wanted to look at a few rungs an he also offered to clean the rings that I had on. He also let me know that my ring had a loose diamond an offered to send it off to get repaired. This young man has amazing customer service he got me to look at some watches even tho that's not why I came in there. I most definitely appreciate amazing customer service an this young man went above an beyond too show me great experience in this store.
