First and foremost, I’ve never been to a restaurant where I was forced to pay for a drink I did not want after taking one sip from it all because the Bartender did not know what she was doing the night of 1/20/25. The first drink I ordered was a mango margarita with Patron’, then the second drink I ordered was a Lime margarita except this time I asked if it could be put in a regular glass because the first Margarita was in a huge goblet with tons of ice and I could barely taste the liquor. She said ok, then returns to the table with the exact same glass I asked her not to put the Margarita in, she started to get frustrated as soon as her mistake was pointed out, took the huge Margarita back and brought it out in a smaller glass. I took one sip from it and almost Gagged because this was not the same tequila used in the first one, it was a much cheaper one like Cuervo. I POLITELY told her I didn’t want it and could she take it back, she says ok, leaves the drink on the table and walks away. Out comes a tall woman with dark hair and glasses standing over me with a crazy look saying, “ I heard you don’t like the drink? It’s the same Tequila as the first one.” I told her, “ No it’s not. I can taste the difference and I don’t want it, can you take it back?” She stares at me and says, “ I’m not taking it off the bill!” I then proceeded to tell her again, “ I don’t want it and YOU ARE NOT GONNA MAKE ME DRINK SOMETHING I DONT WANT!!!” As a Bi-racial woman of both ( Blk & Sicilian descent) I knew exactly what this was. It wasn’t about the drink anymore, it had now become an issue of defiance, authority and disregard for what I ( the paying customer) wanted. I was not asking for anything FREE, but rather for an item that I did not fully consume to be taken off the bill. Once I seen that this was going no where and that she was ready to go back and forth with me over a nasty, watered down $13 Margarita, I decided to pay for the drink I DID NOT even consume. Not only did my guess and I have to experience this, but she comes back around on the side we’re sitting on and starts stacking the chairs on the tables and turning off all the TVs on the left side where we were sitting, while leaving the TVs on the right side of the room on where there were 3 or 4 ppl left. Basically sending a non-verbal que for my guest and I to leave. I did not get her name, but I have no problem returning there to point her out. She has poor managerial skills and needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!! At the end of the day, don’t cheat your customers out of their hard earned money, she is a poor representation of your company and the “Modern Day Racism” shouldn’t be tolerated within your business!!!

This was my first time coming into this establishment and immediately I was overwhelmed I suppose the bingo nights are on Mondays and that’s what made the setting such a rush and I decided to meet some friends here just to grab some drinks and eat something light, as soon as the bingo game started a waitress by the name of Melissa came over and asked would I like Anything to drink, I declined and began finishing the game, the second time the waitress came around I asked for a cheese burger but I wanted turkey for it, Melissa advised me I should try the Gobbler as it is made with turkey and I agreed but with some alterations, I asked for no feta cheese replace It with American and add bacon just lettuce and the condiments of mayo bbq sauce and the sauce that comes with the gobbler along with queso sauce for the fries, food comes back and was made wrong there was no American cheese on the burger only feta which I asked not for so the food had to be remade,I called Melissa our waiter who did not come back in time to inform her of the mistake and the food came back along with a manager by the name of Susan who advised me she was in the back and was over my order immediately said to me that this sort of thing happens when an order is complicated implementing that my order was complicated which in turn caused my order to be incorrect the first time, I tried telling Susan that it was fine and I just wanted to know that since there was such a long wait would it be ok for something to be taken off the bill in regards to the delay Susan proceeded to take both of my plates of food off of the table and said well I’ll just take it all off!!. I mean I would think it would be at the clients discretion of whether I wanted the food or not, However I was never even given A CHOICE this was very rude and uncouth I had an awful experience!

I really used to like going to this place. My wife, our friends, and I used to got here 2-3 times a month. We pretty much went there for every UFC pay-per-view and would spend about $30-$50 per person, mainly because we would indulge and buy more than a couple drinks. Now we are going to be charged a gratuity? No big deal really. The 4 of us have worked a lot in the food service/hospitality business and we like to give 20%+ because we've been there.... But I can not reward stupidity. This place calls itself a "sports bar" but we will be charged if we spend too much or drink too much as a table? There are a lot of good meals that are also a great value at around $10! But this will come back to bite you because of you have a couple premium beers, you've now spent more than 50% on alcohol! At a bar! The humanity! I'll be getting drunk at Blarney in the meantime. Let me know if you realize how dumb this is. P.S. The I like the new themed menus! But You guys should complain to your graphic designer as well as the Bulls, Blackhawks, Sox, Cubs, and Bears. The logos used as the background are very pixelated. Ooooh! I get it! You didn't get their permission to use their trademarks on your menus, did you? For shame. Quick suggestion: change it all to the Washington Redskins since they lost their trademark! You're welcome!

If we could give this place ZERO stars we would. First, we get there and we're seated at our table. Our waitress never came to greet us. 20 minutes later another waitress walks by, notice we haven't been helped and goes to fetch our waitress for us. We were getting ready to leave when she finally shows up. She did not apologize for the wait and acted as if she did not know answers to questions regarding the menu. When our food arrived items were missing that should have came with it. The only reason we knew it was incomplete is because we've eaten there previously and ordered the same thing. I asked for my salad dressing on the side and it came out drenched in vinaigrette. So much that the dressing was pooling at the bottom of the bowl and I could not eat it. The burger my partner ordered tasted like the cheese was bad. On top of all of this the waitress never came to check on us after serving us the food. She walked past the table SEVERAL times but ignored the fact that my glass was empty and needed to be refilled. We had to ask a different waiter for the BBQ sauce we asked for (which our waitress brought out buffalo sauce instead) I never write reviews but this was by far the worse experience I've had dining out. We did not finish our meals and when we spoke to the manager he was unapologetic and acted like he did not care. We thought she may have been new and wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, but was told she'd been working there for about a year. Will not be patronizing this business again. Should have gone to...
