The pretzel place in the back makes the most amazing breakfast pretzel sandwiches ever they put a decent amount of meat in them and they are just one of the best things in life the deli up in the front makes bread pudding that is to die for I sometimes by 1/2 or close to a whole tray once in awhile but lately every time I go they've been sold out or have one container left they need to stick to the original bread pudding and make extra of that it seems every time I come they have apple bread pudding or pumpkin bread pudding but they never have any left of the original bread pudding so they need to make another tray or two of the original bread pudding but I'm sure it's kind of hard to estimate depending on how many people come and how many people are going to buy. But the pretzel place is an absolute must go to as well as the deli a lot of the other places have nice fresh stuff but. All around....the prices are a bit...

Oh my goodness, you have NEVER had donuts until you go to Becca’s Gourmet Coffee and Donuts!

When I used to travel for work I thought I had the best in Dallas, then Chicago, then Florida, then Vermont. Nope! Not one of them, including Gesine’s Confectionary (Sandra Bullock’s sister’s place in Montpelier) even comes close to these masterpieces.

I had a Boston Crème and the dough was absolutely delectable, it was moist and creamy. The filling was equally as tasteful. To top it off I had them sprinkle some peanut butter cups on top.

My wife had the Chocolate Mousse. She said the same thing as I did. She’s never had a better donut.

If you’re just passing by, the market is open Thursday though Saturday. If you live in the area and haven’t been there, please consider stopping in and supporting a local merchant. You’ll never go back to box chains such...

We are from out of state and we make the trip from Philadelphia every time we come to Pennsylvania. This place is well worth it and everything is so fun and Amish. Yes there are Amish pockets in Redding terminal market and elsewhere around Pennsylvania, but this is a true Amish and Mennonite grocery store and wonderful place to eat if you’re here for a Thursday through Saturday it’s definitely worth the trip. I brought my in-laws and wife and children, and they all loved everything that was offered there. The ribs are so good and all the pretzel offerings milkshakes, baked goods, etc. My wife loved the donuts the most. If you live local shopping here for burgers, bacon, and other meats is a must. Everything is so fresh...

Small yet comprehensive Amish/Mennonite marketplace serving the Reading area. The market has a very good meat and poultry markets, great dairy selection including Pequea Valley yogurts, coffee/tea and donut shop with lots of special donut varities, a full bakery, and a pretzel and ice cream shop. I would say produce is a bit of a weak link, the local items look good but they imports not so much. Star of the show is the delicious and quite fairly priced BBQ serving both platters and bulk to go of meats and sides. I paid $6.95 for a quarter chicken platter with 2 sides and a roll. Try the grilled carrots, they're very good :) There's a selection of plants outside some cut flowers in the produce area.
