Atwoods — Local services in Yukon

We have shopped and spent lots of money at Atwood’s. They clearly have a return policy. The lady at the front desk should learn it and not give people such a hard time when making a return or exchange. Over the last couple years I have unfortunately came across the same woman twice at the front desk. She is very rude and even confrontational when you are trying to return or exchange an item. She tries to question you like you’re a criminal or like you’re actually trying to steal or take advantage of Atwoods. Once I had a receipt for my item even and I was still questioned and had to have a manager come over to exchange something. The second time was today. She will roll her eyes at you and question you. I even called first to make sure I was able to return my item. And she still had to ask who I spoke to and call over a manager. Somebody like this should not be in customer service. I tried to make brief conversation just to be nice and she flat out ignored me and wouldn’t...

My family and I've used atwoods for years, but unfortunately, we no longer can because of an infestation of moths, beetles, and other insects that have been inside their food products for dogs and birds, possibly even others.

I bought two different dog foods, Purina one true instinct and blue true wilderness blend both bags when brought home and dumped into tubs had black roach or beetle inspects inside the tub as well as maggets and worms in the food... the store neglected to do anything about taking the foods off the shelf for inspection until I made a huge deal about it. I still have yet to get a call back and only after I pointed out that it was unprofessional and uncalled for to not have removed the bags from the store shelf after being notified! I drive from Edmond to come to this location. Today was the worst. I had to take my daughter to use the restroom. Look at the condition of the restroom. Feces everywhere all over the walls on the sinks all all over the toilets. I spoke to the manager. He was not interested in looking at the pictures and assured me that this restroom was cleaned this morning. I I told the manager that the restroom should be closed down due to hazmat issues and it not being safe for customers to go in there until it is clean. He seemed to not care at all and just walked away from me. If you go to this location, stop at another business to use the restroom.
