Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Yukon

I don’t usually write reviews but, I feel like people need to know so they don’t waste their $! The last two times we have gone here we have had horrible experiences! First it was a busy Saturday night and we had a new training waiter! He was very friendly but way in over his head. We waited for over an hour for our food! He was sinking and the other staff and management just let him! I felt really bad for him! Then tonight it was pretty slow and the waitress started off good! That was all that was positive! She brought me a frozen margarita and it was awful! Tasted like water no lime and no tequila just icee mush! Then they brought out our chips and salsa and literally tossed it on our table! Next our wings were wrong all of them! They did quickly get them back to the table I have admit that! Then the waitress never came back! Our drinks stayed empty! Which sucks when you are eating spicy wings! My daughter went to the restroom and when she was in there some waitresses came in and were talking trash about the restaurant and how annoying it was and telling customers to take a chill pill! She recorded it and sent me the video! Pretty shameful! Then our waitress left our check with my debit card laying on the table for over 15 mins! She disappeared! We walked up front to pay and the lady told me I have to pay my server. I told her no I just need to pay someone because my waitress disappeared! She rolled her eyes at me and said well it’s not me and walked off! I asked for the manager and told him what was going on but not before multiple waitresses came out and stared at us laughing! The manager asked me which person said that to me and when I pointed her out she said yeah I already told him bobbing her head! He asked her to calm down! The poor manager he was in shock after we told him about the bathroom and everything that had gone on. He took 50% off our bill and apologized! I told him I feel bad for him because he has a horrible staff! And he told me they were doing some hiring and hopefully would get it fixed in a few weeks! I really hope so! I thanked him for the discount but I wasn’t complaining to get a discount! When u go out to eat it’s for the experience! A relaxing meal! If I couldn’t pay for it I wouldn’t go! I hope they get their act together! But we won’t go back! And I hope the manager gets a pay raise for having to deal with customer service employees who clearly don’t know what or care what...

Last night at 10pm me and my family went to eat here after not going out to eat in months. We got food for dine in and togo. Spent $60ish The service was amazing the guy who served us was on point and on time with everything. From start to finish. We had our 2 yo daughter with us and she was obsessed with the claw machine and we spent well over $20 in it during our visit. And when it was time to go like a majority of toddlers she began throwing a tantrum and my boyfriend swiftly picked her up and went outside and put her in the truck while I waited on our Togo food and boxes. When we left we where followed by police and stopped maybe a mile down the road and my boyfriend was asked to get out of the car. And that's when we where informed we where pulled over for allegedly abusing our child. We where pulled over for over a hour. While they ran the tapes and questioned us. We where given the all clear to leave once the video surveillance showed nothing it was midnight or later at this point and we got home around 1am. So the family member we got Togo for was already asleep. I'm just posting this so other parents see it because even if it wasn't the restaurant called (we do not know who called) it has honestly ruined going out to eat for us and we will be doing takeout until our anxiety subsides my boyfriend is embarrassed to his core over this the cops where honestly sorta rude until we where proven innocent. We're not bad people and our daughter is legit the most amazing little girl ever and we could of lost custody of her last night temporarily if no-one was able to run the cameras back. So if u have kids I would take this into consideration and maybe just take it Togo like we will be doing everywhere from now on. The server was amazing and the food was great. Just the anxiety left after isn't worth it. I do recommend our server idk his name but he had almost shoulder length hair and he was awesome even while he was the only one on the floor and had multiple tables.

AVOID! I can only privide two stars since we've only chosen to successfully dine at this location a cOUple of times. We expect more from this popular chain, but... It is what it is, so it's difficult for the staff to mess it up, but they often do & plenty of us locals unfortunately know abOUt it. On one occasion the outdoor seating area was absolutely deplorable with filthy tables and trash around the ground. It wOUld have been best if staff had just informed us that it wasn't ready or available, instead of seating all eight of us out there in the thick dirt covered tables and chairs, of which we were required to drag together until I requested that staff do it while we waited. The lame manager only offered unacceptable excuses, so we left. In another occasion we, a party of six, arrived abOUt an hOUr prior to closing, to be received by young eyes rolling and deep sighs of resentment, then we were flat OUt ignored for abOUt six minutes while they chartered among each other with a differnt lame manager while neglecting to utter a single word to us. They were standing literally ten feet away from us! We didn't know what to do, but were certainly made to feel very uncomfortable. All we cOUld do was clamor abOUt how odd this weirdness was, then eventually just turn and leave withOUt anyone ever approaching us. They were obviously glad to see us leave. This place is notorious for hiring youngsters with a poor work ethic, and it all seems to start at the top. We were quite pleased to get a B-dubs in town, until they seemingly decided to establish it with the worst management. You'd think Yukon wOUld receive better than this. Of cOUrse we reccommend the many other restaurants nearby. Service is only ever mediocre at best, other times it's a risk simply not worth taking. Besides, there's a better B-dubs right along I-40 to the east abOUt fOUr miles withOUt the rediculOUsness....
