I bought a matress, boxspring and a recliner! I dealt with John who was extremely nice. Was patient with my decision making choices. Wasn't pushy at all (love that). They had to order the chair as I choose a different color. They called me to arrange a delivery date. Tgey delivered they day they said, even worked with me on my schedule to come after 3pm. John reached out to me the day of delivery to let me know my recliner hadn't come in they are sending tge mattress and box spring. He wanted me to be happy and was going to lend me the sales floor recliner. ( He knew I was excited to get the recliner as I was sitting in my harbor freight sports chair for over 2 years) I did decline as I have pets that I'm sure will jump up on the chair. My chair came in a week and a half later.. I was okay with this as what's 2 more weeks! The delivery guys Norman and Dre you too were professional awesome. They did a great job with taking away my old matress and box spring and getting a new one! I love my new bed... I just got my chair today but feels amazing it's like a big hug!! I just recently made a purchase at Badcock I had excellent customer service they fit me right to my needs and help me to get exactly what I wanted they worked out a payment plan Finance free easy doable payments I am very pleased and looking very much forward to my new purchase which will be coming soon. I really don't understand the negative reviews for this place because I cannot say anything negative my whole experience went very smoothly and the prices were not overpriced at all I guess it depends what type of merchandise you usually purchase it's a very nice furniture store it's not a second hand store so if you're looking for something very cheap then you have to go with the old saying you get what you pay for if you want something nice and Lasting you obviously have to pay for that I think their prices are very fair Very easy credit...

I have been a customer for almost 5 years with non stop continuing payments. I have never had a bad experience. Customer service works with yiur situations, the store staff is absolutely amazing. They remember who you are and go out of their way to make sure you are 100% happy and taken care of. I believe her name is Amanda but the 1 woman who I normally deal with is the best.
