Absolutely horrible customer service, with the exception of one tech that came to my house and was able to mend a hole. I've been waiting over 4 weeks to have my washer fixed. There are no calls no communication from this place at all.
The received my service request and I had to call and make my appointment because they didn't reach out to me like they're supposed to. I have to call the Insurance Company and LG to get any kind of action out of this company. Do not use them unless you want wait over a month for service. 1st tech showed up empty handed, when I called them and told them the seal needed to be replaced and had a hole in it. 2nd tech shows up and the office had ordered the wrong part! Thankfully this tech was kind and caring enough to mend the hole, so I could at least get a little laundry done. I expressed to this place a few times that I have 2 special needs children and I need my washer daily, I cannot get to a laundry mat like a typical person can. The 2nd tech says my part will be order that day, and again a week goes by before my order is actually placed by the office and I only know that because LG let me know. Now the company has my part again, hopefully the correct one and has yet to call and schedule my appointment again.
One of the worse companies to deal with. An appointment was scheduled with GE Warranty repairs. After waiting 3.5 hours on a Friday, we were told that they weren't coming because "no one confirmed" the appointment. The earliest they could reschedule was Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). Tried to call on Monday to confirm they were still coming but they appeared to be off for holiday because no one answered the phone. No one showed up on Tuesday and their excuse was no one confirmed the appointment. Having missed two days off already I was able to find family to be at house for device repairman. The appointment was then scheduled for Thursday. Spoke to Lisa And appointment was scheduled between 11-2. She also agreed to call when they were on their way so we could have person there to meet them. The appointment was confirmed and verified on Wednesday. On Thursday I received a call at 9:30 am saying repairman was waiting at my house. Called family member who drove to house and let them in within 15 minutes. The technician said his paperwork had appointment scheduled for 9-11 am. He also said he called and left message. He showed proof by displaying the call history log which showed he dialed the wrong number (one digit off). He then saw washing machine wasn't hooked up and said he couldn't repair it because it wasn't hooked up. We were using another machine due to this one not working. Although he could have easily switched washing hose he claimed he was only a technician and not an installer. He said he had other jobs he needed to get to and left. I do NOT recommend this company if you want something repaired. GE should be ashamed of themselves for using such a disorganized and poorly rated company. Read moreThis company is simply terrible. There is no other way to describe them. I have an extended protection plan from Lowe's for my LG refrigerator. The ice machine recently randomly dumped out all of the ice onto the floor, and the motor would not stop running, so I called Lowe's to schedule a service visit and Lowe's scheduled TB Electronix to come make the service visit. After a few days the ice maker seemed to be working fine, so I called TB Electronix and canceled the service call. A week later the problem resurfaced, so I called Lowe's again to reschedule. They told me that their records show that TB Electronix sent a service technician to my house and that service technician reported that the fridge was functioning normally. This DID NOT happen, they did not come to my house, and I can only assume that since I called TB Electronix directly to cancel instead of Lowe's, that TB Electronix took advantage of this, and collected payment from Lowe's for services that were never rendered. To make it worse, Lowe's scheduled them again for my 2nd service request, my appointment window was noon-4pm on a Friday. I took the afternoon off work to be home, and guess what - they did not call and did not show up for the appointment. I called them at 3:30 pm and their office was already closed for the day, even though their hours say they are open until 5 pm. I called TB Electronix first thing the following Monday, hoping they would be able to send someone right out. They did not offer an apology for the previous no show, in fact the person on the phone acted as if I was inconveniencing her by calling to reschedule.
Terrible customer service and fraud = a company that will receive no future...
