Me and my girlfriend just had a foot massage and my therapist (Oanh) was already in a bad mood when she first came in through the door. Her phone rang constantly during the massage which she first ignored, then at some point she was texting with one hand and passively working with the other. She was clearly more focused on something else the whole time. At the end we were given a survey to fill out and we could opt for a tip which we kindly denied due to this inconvenience. She saw we crossed 'no' on the tip section and pointed on the 50k square making us feel obliged to give something which we clearly felt wasn't deserved, all this while laughing at our face. The environment itself is very clean and looks very professional, but these kind of events should be avoided at any working space or any service which involves dealing...

I did a 60 minute body massage with my partner for 360k each. I was pretty sceptical because of all the fake 5 star reviews in Hanoi. Overall the experience was fine but there were a few things that would have made it much more enjoyable: The whole massage felt really rushed. They moved very fast from one technique into the other. The movements could have been way more slow, targeted and intentional. There was no footbath before the massage which felt a bit unhygienic. The masseuses both had a stuffed/runny nose which they pulled up pretty loudly trough the whole massage. The light was too bright and the overall ambience not really relaxing.

Dimmed light with a few candles and some aroma oil room fragrance would have done a huge difference as well as an overall more...

Well they were running discounts when we went to them. Had read google reviews and that how we ended up going. In saying that the first time was great; we were a group of 5 people and they called in their staff to offer us the massage we preferred. The staff were professional and knew the recoil. At the end of the session, they give u a feedback form and ask for tips. For someone coming from a land where tip is not a culture, I found it too pushy. We ended up giving them tips. The next time we went, us girls wanted facial and I could give them a 1/5 for the service. No good! So go to them for massages, not for any other service. The manager girl was also pretty cold the next time. I guess they are keen on new customers; they don’t work towards...
