I had a very disappointing experience with this supermarket. The customer service is extremely poor, and their prices are much higher than the quality of products or service they provide. I purchased chocolate that had a very bad smell, and when I raised this concern, the staff claimed it was not their responsibility. On another occasion, I even found a piece of gum inside a pack of cinnamon bought from this store. This attitude is unacceptable for a place selling food products. An excellent small supermarket on Northern Avenue. Great selection of products. Can be packed with people, as it is in a busy area, but the staff is amazing. Girls went out of their way to answer our questions about the local specialities. Very nice cakes section, a small drugstore withing the supermarket and huge alcohol section. We bought several bags of delicious products and were offered help from the stuff guys to carry them to our apartment, which was a couple of blocks away. I very often, and more precisely almost every day, buy something in this store. The girls working in the ''ready meals'', pies, chezze and etc .department are very rude. They talk all the time, discussing both clients and everything around them. Constantly ignores you, when you ask a question, they do not answer or say wait. And yes, I can wait until it's my turn because it just how it work, I get it! BUT when the staff is rude,...
