Discriminatory and Racist Behavior..

I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this restaurant. My wife wears a hijab, and from the moment we entered, the staff treated us with clear discrimination. They deliberately refused to give us a high chair for our child even though there were several available.

When I confronted them about their behavior and told them I would leave a bad review, they arrogantly replied that they don’t care because they have other customers.

This is outright racism and unacceptable in any decent place. I strongly warn anyone, especially families or people who value basic respect, to avoid this restaurant.

I strongly recommend that the owner seriously consider replacing or properly training the front-of-house staff. They are the true face of the restaurant and the first impression guests receive. Their unfriendly, even hostile, attitude is the first and most powerful reason customers will choose never to return, no matter how good the food or the venue might be.

A warm welcome and respectful service are essential in hospitality. Without them, everything else...

In a word it is a very low quality service spot with overpriced menu. Visited couple of times for business meetings and catch up with friends. Always ignored the fact that you wait around half an hour for meal to arrive and twenty minutes for a tea or coffee. For the second time the price in the bill didn't match the one in menu. But the last time was beyond the lack of basic service standards. Staff totally ignores service standards such as meeting guest and coordinating to the available tables. You have to find your own table and then find a waiter to ask if it is available. Then you wait around 20 minutes with no lock to order, because the staff was busy cheat chatting with each other. Eventually after 25 minutes I had to leave and postpone my meeting. No more...

First time coming here let me tell you this much the service was amazing. The staff was nice and THEY SMILE no attitude very nice people. You want my honesty wait time is no good but you have to understand to many people at the restaurant causes slow service so it’s normal. Definitely worth the wait. I’ll come again oh and the pasta was delicious but you have to add salt. I like my food salty :) Affordable and VERY GOOD.
