We were two couples and stayed 6 nights at this hotel with our one year-olds. The hotel has no elevator, but given our rooms were on the first floor, it was no issue at all. The staff was quick to provide a crib in one of the rooms when we told them the bassinet they had provided will not work for our toddler. Also, the next morning at breakfast, I asked if they had high chairs and they apologised that they didn't. But then the next morning we see two brand new high chairs, one pink and one blue, waiting for us near the breakfast lounge. We thought that was a true gesture of hospitality and professionalism.||The rooms were clean, modern, and quite spacious. We felt at home with the cosiness of the hotel, and the location was superb in the middle of everything to see in Yerevan. A supermarket down the street was very convenient, and Anteb restaurant just a few steps away was also a cherry on top!||Breakfast was quite generous but did get repetitive a bit after a couple of days. But I think this applies to all hotels. The food menu, however, was fantastic. We ordered a few dishes for our babies and we couldn't resist trying some ourselves! ||Thank you Park Boutique Hotel for making our stay in Armenia...
Read moreOur group had booked a couple of rooms at this hotel and had several horrible interactions with the staff. ||When we arrived, they didn't have one of the rooms we'd booked. They tried to blame it on us even though we had a confirmation email. They never said a simple "Sorry for the mix up." They even tried to charge the couple who had to book a room in another hotel for breakfast one day when they came to the hotel to meet up with the rest of the group (they didn't eat anything, just sat with us). The breakfast itself was mediocre at best.||They didn't send a driver to the airport for one of the group members as they had said they would.||The rooms are modern and clean. But one party in our group ended up in a room with only a glass wall separating the bathroom from the room. So you could see the toilet & shower from the bed. The rooms on the bottom floor also smelled like cigarette smoke. They also claimed that they had no additional towels when we asked for more. ||Upon checkout, they tried to charge us for drinks from the fridge (which we did not drink, as we did not want to give them another cent). ||Positive comments: It's clean, new and modern. Good location, right...
