20-30 days ago My boyfriend and i went to "Sirelis" to reserve a table for my mom's birthday, which is today 25th of May.

We chose the table, made the reservation for 6:00 pm and left.

Today I called them to make sure everything was okay and ask if it was possible to make t 6:30 pm instead of 6 pm.

A guy picked up and he was like: "Ah that's so good that you called, since there wasn't any reservation on your name."

I asked him: "What was the issue? How come there wasn't any?"

He said: "Why is that even important if we just made the reservation for you?"

I was left speechless.... of course we are not going...

I reserved the table here for my date and I for her birthday. When we entered they did not have a decent table reserved for us.

They put us in between hallways giving us the worst possible seating.

Decided to move outside for better seating and there was nothing better available, nor would they accommodate us in any way. The closest table that we could sit at had a broken fire lantern.

Still no one tried to gather us in place us anywhere so we just walked out after standing for 10 minutes. Very embarrassing..
