Been to cafe several times and enjoyed the food, but today was the last time. We ordered quinoa salad with pumpkin, very small portion with a single piece of poorly roasted pumpkin, friends ordered pasta, both bland, too al dente, very small portions, in fact starter size and cold supposed to have pine nuts in it, could only find 4. . Was charged AMD 500 for a pinch of red pepper to try and give the meal flavour. Made comments to manager, who might as well been a plank of wood, she was very pleasant but did absolutely nothing to improve our meal or even cancel the pepper charge. I could not believe that they had the audacity to charge for a pinch of pepper flakes. Bad service standards. I won't go back again unfortunately. So, let’s talk about the only positive thing: good interior. The food isn’t special at all for the prices they offer. Now, the service isn’t just bad, it’s awful for the price segment that it is. We’ve waited for 30 mins to get only the menus, then 45 mins for champagne, and then found out the waiter has forgotten to order it. When our next friend came, no one offered him a menu and a plate, he was left unnoticed by the staff. We’ve waited 45 more minutes to get the arancini which was EMPTY inside. Then we’ve waited for 30 mins for them to bring the check, and when they finally brought it, they had an extra tiramisu in it which we ordered but it never came because there wasn’t any at the moment. The quality and price do not match at all. Will never go back...
