I visited Café Andrew about six months ago and remembered the food was mediocre and the prices were high. This time, I stopped by just to have a Campari Spritz outside and smoke while waiting for my taxi to the airport.
Before ordering, I asked about the price, and the waitress told me it was €10—about the same as in a good restaurant in Rome. Fine. I ordered, and about 10 minutes later, my drink arrived. I immediately asked for the bill, paid by card, and noticed it was €11.
In Italy and Spain, they usually inform you if outdoor seating has a higher price and often include some tapas or snacks with the drink. I don’t appreciate this kind of approach, especially when there are plenty of other bars nearby with better prices and tastier food.

Do not recommend ordering this dish, everything else...
