All went downhill from the beginning, requested an early check in as we had a wedding to attend at 4pm and a 3pm check was not going to work. We arrived at 2pm told the room was not ready and we would have to wait until 3pm. We made it very clear we must be in by 3pm. Went for a walk arrived back at check in for them to tell us the cleaners were still in the room cleaning and it won't be ready until 3:30pm even though it's a 3pm check in!! I said I cannot wait any longer I need to go to the room I need the keys it is what it is. When we arrived the cleaners had stuff everywhere! Tripped over getting through the door at 3:15pm We booked for a family of 5 one of our children had to sleep on the couch using whatever pillows and blankets where available and that was one pillow without and pillow case and a throw rug of one of the beds, as we did not have time to complain about not having the extra bed for him. The key fob didn't work for the parking so again delayed our entry and the car park absolutely stunk like human waste spoke with a resident and she said the normal and this is a good day it's normal much worse. Wifi didn't work on any of the tvs so no Netflix and the only tv station available was ABC Staff were rude we asked for directions to the room and the man at the desk point behind him and said it's the way look for Woolworths. First of all they said the bond wouldnt be over $200 but on the day made it $400 instead plus the booking itself which was a total of $850 for a one night booked with two rooms. Once checked in walked in and an absolute mess! Got told to get two bedrooms but i had one bedroom and the other bed just in the middle of the dining area.. Plus with the one bedroom the doors don’t close at all and also with the bathroom the door doesn’t close. Once walked into the dining area the walls had marks everywhere, holes and the picture frames were all slanted and just look trashy. Smoke alarms were broken, wasn’t even bed sheets on one of the beds and wasn’t even a king size was just two single beds put together. Fridge reeked of off food. Blinds were broken so once they were closed you can’t open them. Tried getting refund or swapping a room and they blamed it on me saying they had 4 cleaners in there but we had to make them finish early cause i wanted to check in early when the check in was at 3 and i got there at 3:15? Didn’t get a apology or anything. Please dont waste your time staying here and find something actually nice that isn’t this...

I specifically chose this place because my number one condition was a carpet-free space, and I stayed here for almost a week.

The space was spacious, the sky view from the bathroom was beautiful, and the layout of the apartment was truly fantastic.

The location was excellent as well, and everything about this place made my time here feel like a dream vacation.

The view was absolutely breathtaking — I never got tired of it, even after seeing the same scenery every day. I especially loved the view from the kitchen. I enjoyed making colorful, beautiful meals while looking out at the stunning landscape.

Even though it rained almost every day, this place made me want to stay even longer.

The kitchen was perfectly equipped — every dish, cup, and utensil I needed was there.

The check-in and check-out locations were different, which was a bit inconvenient at first, but they were close to each other, so it was not a problem at all.
