Just finished a week in Lech and stayed at Anthony’s Alpin Hotel. We are a family of four and it was our first time to Lech.||As anyone who has been there knows Lech is not ideal for those on a budget but Anthony’s represents great value for money within Lech. Great large clean rooms with a modern bathroom, only has 9 suites so not too many people, very friendly and helpful staff ( special shout out to Marc) and a very good location. 50 metres from the double chairlift at the base on the right hand side as you look up the main mountain. Also only a 5 minute walk to ski school and the main lift areas. The bus stop if you want to go other places is right across the road. If you are at Lech you can ski down and it’s a 50 metres walk to the hotel from the base of the run.||Good breakfast buffet and they can provide a set dinner menu. Food was very good at dinner but perhaps not suited to younger children who are a Bit fussy(mine).||Another good thing was that they will facilitate stays that start and finish on any day which we had a lot of issues with when trying to book accomodation who wanted bookings to start on Friday from memory.||We would definitely stay here again if we come...
Read moreWe chose this because it will take bookings of less than a week, that said it was still an excellent choice, we have no complaints and had a most enjoyable stay.||||It only has 8 rooms, so it is not crowded.||||Charming and most helpful management and staff. It has a lift and underground (and outside) parking. The ski locker room has heated rails for the boots, which ensures they do dry out overnight. A pleasant spa area, with sauna etc and a marvelous massage chair (5E) ideal to recover. The room was spacious, very comfortable and quiet, you cannot hear other guests and it's in a quiet area of town away from the noisy bars (5mins away). If you venture into Zurs the return bus stops very close by.||||Extensive breakfast buffet choice (hot and cold) inc sparkling wine and eggs to order, it really does set you up for the day.||||The hotel accurately describes its proximity to the two lifts, its no effort walking to the nearest (2mins/50m). They will also issue your lift pass.||||Good wi-fi speed, gowns/slippers provided.||||Note: It does not have tea making facilities...
Read moreOur stay at Anthony's Alpin Hotel was one of the best ever! When we arrived we were surprised how large our room was (rm. 22). It had a separate bathroom which was huge! It's truly like an apartment (minus a kitchen) We were there for a week so we really appreciated that we weren't cramped up. ||And the spa is fabulous! Steam room, dry sauna, infrared sauna and the most amazing massage chair. Plus there are 3 relaxing waterbed loungers (hard to describe) Luckily since we were there after the time change the days were long and we had time for happy hour and spa time before dinners. ||One thing to know is that although there's a beautiful breakfast area with breakfast included, there's not a restaurant. But there is a bar! Which leads me up to the best part. ||Rosie and Sabina gave us absolutely amazing service!!! When I saw the bar, I asked about it, and Rosie told me, yes, she can make me a drink! They offered and made dinner reservations, made us coffees in the morning and overall made us feel extremely welcome. I truly can't say enough great things about the...
