Pizzeria Don Enzo — Restaurant in Gemeinde Lech

Me & my family of 16 have been on holiday in lech a super place to come!!! We love the hotel & on this occasion our hotel is just down the road to this restaurant that we have eaten 3 times. First times were ok & simply convenient with having small children, however so dissapointed by the last time!

Meals were brought out to our party at all different times including children’s after adults which had already been asked if they can come first! Then one of our meals was brought out when we had all finished our meal with wrong sides & Sauce. Fries were hardly warm same with the veg. Every waiter passed the blame & no one seemed to know who the manager was!! Didn’t take card payments which was only made known at time of payment! & no one would apologies or take off something from our bill for the inconvenience!

What a waste of time and money!

The salat came with a long black hair and the food was less than moderate. No good value for money at all. When I walked to the bar to pay the bill the other waiter kind of pushed me away. No apology again. The bang was when I wanted to pay the bill (47,50) with maestro bank card. "Not possible sir" , only from 50,- orders from the chef. Then I said I was not going to pay. The same second it was possible as you can understand. We all have to pay taxes people. So do you at Enzo's. These guys don't know about friendliness or hospitality at all. It's all about the money! Please save your money for a fine meal cooked with love somewhere else in Lech. Possibilities enough.

I have benn to this place for over 11 years and most definitely know a lot about Pizzas because they are my favourite food. First the food is excellent and the Pizza is the best which I ate in my entire life although I have been to dozens of Italian places or award winning Restaurants. Furthermore the food in general is excellent and the staff is very friendly too. Although me and my family had various different servers we always had positive experiences. Also the athmosphere is friendly and doesn’t feel like a huge restaurant chain but more like a friendly little original restaurant.
