What a great rental shop. Great tech that measures your boot and fit to the ski without having to take it off. I wanted a fatter ski which they happily, without asking, went and got from another shop to offer me at the end of the first day as a swap, even though I was also happy with the one they had given me. Consistently helpful when you went in and when you returned the skis, helping you on and off with your boots, carrying your skis up/down the stairs. Kept the skis/boots in their locker which was well organised and the heat meant the boots were dry and warm every morning. Great location, opposite the bridge to the main chairlift up the kriegerhorn side. Also bought some gloves and got honest advice on the pros and cons of several brands and no hard sell. We found really excellent service at the Intersport Arlberg right in front of the Spiegelbahn lift. My husband and I were helped by Tomo, a nice guy, very kind, polite and attentive, he always notices if something is wrong, always asks how things are, understands both skiing and ski lifts. He helped us put on our frozen and non-bending boots, helped us organize ski storage, although we hadn't planned this in advance, and there were a lot of people (that is, there were no places). It was very kind of him. If it wasn't for him, we would have had to carry skis, sticks and boots from home and back every day of our stay in Lech. Tomo also helped us to lift the skis to the exit. Our family of five skiied at Lech for the 1st time & was really pleased with the exceptional customer service provided by the staffs there. Tomo was really helpful, went the extra mile to help us in the rental service. He was really patient and helped my children to put on their boots, removing their boots after a long day. He provided good suggestions and is certainly one of the best staffs we have encountered in many ski rental shops we went to. The ski equipment provided were in good condition and some were brand new. They also helped us to disinfect our personal adults ski boots due to some wet conditions day.
