I recently stayed at Master Linzergasse in Salzburg, and it exceeded all my expectations. Although it is a serviced apartment rather than a hotel, the absence of a concierge was no inconvenience at all. Their efficient PIN code system made check-in and access completely hassle-free, and their WhatsApp admin was always available to assist with any questions before and during my stay. The responsiveness and helpfulness of the team truly enhanced my experience.
We stayed in the studio room and the room itself was absolutely magnificent—spotlessly clean, with excellent insulation and a reliable heating system that kept us warm and cozy even in the winter chill of 0°C. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was spacious, and the mini kitchen was a fantastic addition, equipped with a microwave, fridge, sink, and utensils. I loved the thoughtful design and functionality of the room; it was much better than I had expected!
The location is also a highlight. It’s surrounded by charming cafes and restaurants, with a convenient kebab shop right in front for late-night cravings. There’s also a SPAR supermarket directly across the street, and the old town is just a short, pleasant walk away.
While the apartment doesn’t have its own parking, there’s a public parking garage just around the corner for €20/night, which was very convenient. You can also park temporarily in front of the property to unload your luggage, which made things much easier.
Overall, I absolutely loved my stay at Master Linzergasse. From the beautiful room to the fantastic location and the incredibly helpful WhatsApp support, everything about this serviced apartment was perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone...
Read moreRoom was very spacious and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the blankets were too, strangely provided two single blankets for a double bed but this did not cause problems, air conditioning was effective and it was also in an excellent location for exploring Salzburg, being only a 10-15 min walk from most attractions or the train station.
However, using the shower flooded the entire bathroom as there is no door or curtain between it and the outside and also there is very little privacy from the toilet to the room itself, as there are only two glass doors separating them.
The TV was a nuisance, as the chromecast feature would randomly kick you out and stop working until you restarted it, and furthermore it was locked to a professional mode which prevents you from installing any other streaming apps than the ones provided, being netflix and youtube, which was...
Read moreOur stay was fantastic! The room was incredibly spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the charming Old Town. The entire place was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I went with my six-year-old daughter, and she was thrilled, especially with the smart TV full of entertainment options. We even had two TVs, one for each section of the room, which was so convenient! The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, and the balcony was a nice bonus. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, family-friendly, and...
