We stayed in Qoya Hotel Sao Paulo, Curio Collection By Hilton for 3 nights during our holiday in Brazil. The main reason we chose the hotel was due to positive reviews, reasonable pricing and the link to Hilton. Overall, we had an excellent stay that we truly enjoyed. The hotel shines in location, cleanliness, modern decorations of the rooms. We would definitely come back and stay here.

Welcome: Our flight was arriving at 6:00 a.m. so we ended up at the hotel before 9 a.m. where we didn’t have any high expectations that we would be offered a room. We were greeted quite warmly when we arrived. The check-in staff quickly checked our reservation and told that the check-in doesn’t happen before 2 p.m. However, they had rooms available and they offered to check us in early for half a day’s extra cost. We opted to leave our bags in their safe and wait until the check-in time without any problems as we already had plans and we didn’t need the room beforehand. However, it would have elevated our check-in experience even further if these available rooms were offered in more of a courtesy manner, rather than trying to make money out of these limited times.
The hotel: The hotel is extremely clean and very nicely decorated. You can feel that it is a brand new hotel and the location of the hotel is the biggest advantage. You just take a few steps and you are at the Paulista Avenue with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The central location also makes it easy to take an uber to go anywhere in the city. The roof-top pool had a very cosy atmosphere too – however, we opted out to use it due to the mosquito problems we experienced in the city.
Restaurant: Unfortunately, we didn’t use the restaurant of the hotel but there were two cool restaurants available. We cannot comment further as we enjoyed the wide variety of options on the Paulista avenue.
Service: The staff are extremely positive and helpful. We didn’t experience even a single questionable behaviour and their professionalism was top notch.
Overall: We loved our stay at this hotel and we would definitely come back to stay again in our future visits to Sao Paulo. The location and the modern decoration are definitely the biggest advantages. The rooms are slightly small but it wasn’t a problem...

Breakfast is simply perfect! From the table decorations with mini orchids to the elegant dinnerware and impeccable service from the staff—everything is carefully prepared. The fresh fruits, natural juices, delicious cakes, and pastries are all made with top-quality ingredients. It is undoubtedly a gastronomic experience that matches the hotel’s level of excellence.
The pool is another highlight—very well maintained and clean, with heated water, providing a completely relaxing moment in a peaceful and pleasant environment.
Another aspect that impressed me was the kindness of the management, always willing to accommodate any request promptly and graciously. When I requested a late checkout, they readily granted it, further demonstrating the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction.

The hotel is beautiful, modern, and perfectly located, with everything you'd expect… but what you don’t expect, and what truly made the difference, was the outstanding service from the front desk staff — especially Rodrigo and Fabiano.||I had made a mistake in my reservation: I booked a suite thinking it had a separate bedroom and living space to sleep in. We arrived exhausted from a long flight, dragging enough luggage for a diplomatic mission. Rodrigo welcomed us warmly and instantly helped us with all the bags. Before I even brought up the issue, they were already anticipating that something might not work.||Once we got to the room and saw it only had one bed, I double-checked my booking and realized the mistake was mine. When I went back to the front desk, Fabiano was already looking for solutions before I said anything. I told him I’d prefer to switch to two regular rooms, even if it meant giving up the suite and paying the difference — any solution would do.||Without hesitation, Fabiano got to work and found a great setup for us in less than two minutes.
