This place is a rare find! LOCATION - It’s located in the heart of kapana - Plovdiv’s vibrant and hip neighborhood, with lots of great cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs. The apartment is on a very quiet street, and in a 100 meter the city comes alive, 24/7. The old city is 200 meters away, the river at 5 minutes walk, and everything you might want or need is around you. THE APARTMENT - its gorgeous, spacious, brand new, stocked with everything you might want or need. The bed in the bedroom is super comfortable, a huge and comfortable (!) sofa bed in the living room with lots of closet space all around the apartment. The shower is spacious and has everything needed. FACILITIES - a large flat screen TV, high speed WiFi (really high speed...) and a washing machine. PARKING - a private underground parking garage in the building, with your own remote control so you can come and go as you wish THE KITCHEN - if you like to cook your own food, the kitchen will make you happy :) It has everything needed to prepare a full meal - large refrigerator, a full size oven, induction stove, a coffee maker, toaster and a dishwasher - all brand new and high quality. High quality pots and pans, mixing bowls, serving bowls, and a full set of sharpened knives. VALUE FOR MONEY - The highest vfm we ever found. We paid much more for properties thah was not even close to this one. THE HOSTS - Above all, Vassy and Rosen are Superhosts! They are super friendly, really helpful, always reachable, they gave us great recommendations for everything we might want to do, and helped when we needed assistance.
