Pros: The staff at the front desk are very welcoming. The bed is quite comfortable The location is fine, easy to get to convenience store and some food options close by. There are mugs, coffee and tea, in the room. Ample areas to put luggage. Nice to have a separate little desk and chair. Water refill in the lobby (hot and cold) Not noticeably noisy in the hallways or from outside

Cons: No kettle in the room We had requested a Non-smoking room, but it smelled like cigarettes when we arrived and there was a dirty ashtray on the table. There is no shower curtain and the shower head is broken so water sprays everywhere. No stopper in the bathtub. There are no bedside lamps and the overhead light is very harsh. There are no outlets close to the bed. The in-room safe is tiny and not attached to anything. There were 3 small ants in the bed Pillowcases did not smell clean

The hotel was very comfortable to stay in with a very thought out layout for the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean.

Location is amazing and easy to get around everywhere.
