First of all, let me say that the rooms af this hitel look good. beds are fairly comfortable, bathrooms are clean and design is aesthetically pleasing. And thats about all the positives there are. i saw decent reviews on this property, so booked 4 rooms for 4 nights. On arrival, the concierge said they didn't have rooms. after being made to wait for 30 minutes, refusing to move to other hotels as suggested, as we had booked and ore paid in advance, they somehow found us the 4 rooms we had booked. However, the room I was in had an air cond which didn't work which they said could only be repaired the next day. Then when the repair didn't work, they moved me into another room which only had hot water during the day, ice cold during the night so no showers after dark. The girls as reception tried their best ( the one guy was clueless and rude) and the ladies cleaning the rooms do a good job. but it's patently obvious things don't get fixed properly when they break at this property. Therefore I would recommend avoiding this property as it's a lottery if you get a room with no problems or not. I gave up after changing rooms twice. Its a cheap hotel so u had low expectations to start but I at least expected rooms that I paid for to be available, to have a working air cond and a working hot shower....
Read more✔️ Good location, near the Mekong river, night market & Wat Phnom easy for walking. And most especially right in the Red Light of Phnom Penh with lots of bars have sexy girls next to. ✔️ The hostel have free computer, a minibar, hair dryer, free shampoo & shower gel, locker, glass of water, free coffee & tea and a balcony can dry clothes 💙 ✔️ My room on level 4, room 17, bed 10. It's very private with curtain closed full. My room has 3 stand bathrooms, 3 toilets & 3 sinks😍 ✔️ Price is very reasonable just 7 USD/1 night. ✔️ Good light cover even though it's 8am, but in the room it feels like 12pm. ✔️ Mr. Marok receptionist & a bartender girl pretty friendly, cute and enthusiastic👍 ❌ The stand bathroom is a bit small, easy to drop things on the ground. The hotel does not have an elevator, so climbing to the 4th floor will be quite tiring (especially if you carry a suitcase). At night, the bar girl catches customers, so it's a bit noisy. Read moreInside the room was fine. Wifi was bad in our room. We were not aware of being in a ''party'' street with lots of girl bars infront left and right of the hotel, that also meant hearing loud music and girls screaming until 4 am in the morning every night and the door of the room doesnt completely close, and the windows / doors are very thin, hardly slept.
Also during our checkout they tried to charge us for a had towel with a black stain on it, saying it was not going to go off if they washed it, we were in a hurry because we had to catch our bus, we went to the bathroom in front of them to quickly show them that it would clean, in one minute we managed to remove 80% of the stain, with a sink, they did not care and argued, we just left and they took pictures, customer service is non existent in this hotel.
Also do not use their laundry service, they charge 2 dollars per kilo there is a laundry 50 meters from it, they charge only 1 dollar per kilo.
Do not recommend this...
