Casa de la Patagonia — Hotel in Puerto Natales

We really enjoyed our stay this hotel!! The head concierge made all the difference during our stay. He was so informative and really took his time to give us insight on restaurants to eat at and things to do during our stay. When we returned from the W-Trek they already had all our stuff moved in to our room so we didn't have to lug it up the stairs. The breakfast was so good and they had so many options to pick from! The location is fantastic as yo are only a few blocks from the city center which is fantastic!! There are a few negatives that I have to be upfront about (and why I took off one star), even though we were SO appreciative of the staff and the extra effort everyone put in to make our stay great. The hotel has no insulation so you can hear every single thing happening in the place. We could hear people plugging in phone chargers and their entire conversations in the room next to us. I had earplugs so that helped but it was a real bummer for my husband who did not. Also the first night we stayed there we were in a room right by the kitchen area so it was extra loud at 5 am and woke us up. There was also no window in our first room, and it was unbearably hot, but when we asked to be placed in a room with one they immediately moved us. These are just things to be aware of but it did not in any way ruin our experience in the town of Puerto Natales. Again we were so appreciative of the entire staff!! Everyone was so nice...

I stayed in Casa de la Patagonia during my short visit in Puerto Natales. The hotel is new and really nicely decorated. You can see the Boutiqe style approach with sooden floors and coloured walls, clean and stylich bathrooms and a great shower. The breakfast was fabulous and they prepared freshly some eggs for you in a small individual frying pan!! ||The bed was very comfortable and each room has a heater so you can adjust the room temperature depending if you are cold or warm.||The owner helps you with tips and details on your requests and even asked on my return if everything went well and if I was happy. Very caring people!!||The hotel is located just one block away from the main square and close to several restaurants and shops.||I wish I stayed longer, this is a great place to discover the area, Torres del Peine and sourrounding. ||Thanks to all at Casa Patagonia, I hope to...

The room was very clean, comfortable, adjustable heater temperature, the bed was very comfortable, walk in shower, had my own bathroom as booked. The breakfast was excellent, nice variety, personally cooked eggs, cook your own toast. My second morning was a later breakfast so food items were not as cold. The concierge was friendly and helpful. Use the travel agency connected - they are also excellent. The only slight downside was a bit of noise from the dining room early in the morning when I was not up so early. The rooms and corridor are not carpeted, which is fine, but again it is prone to a little noise when people come and go. Only seven rooms though, so it is cosy and lovely and...
