Stayed here for 3 nights (party of 4 across 2 rooms): 1 night before Torres Del Paine and 2 nights after. Made our stay in Puerto Natales great.
Location: short walking distance to the town center with lots of good food nearby and Bus Sur office (not to be confused with the bus terminal)
Room: well appointed and clean. Room size varies (we had a massive room and a small room both for the same price so luck of the draw I guess)
Bathroom: Modern western bathroom with hot water (no restrictions and was a huge blessing after staying in refugios on W-trek).

I let him know.||Besides the high price for the room, it’s decent.|You’ll get a warm room with hot water and a clean bed. |Just don’t look for...
