We used Rio rent-a-car [affiliate of Boulder Natales] in December and Chalo and Magda were excellent communicators and full of valuable information/advice for the surrounding area, as well as Torres Del Paine. Went out to laguna Sofia with Calo (owner) and had a great time. Loads of sports climbing routes in a beautiful place (100), rental gear was good (quite new) and Calo was very nice.
