Hostal Nancy — Hotel in Puerto Natales

I pay at the check-in and asked for the keyroom but they reply that they don't have at the moment. ||They tell me "don't worry, we have 24 hours reception" so i come back at 1 a.m. ||I ring the bell once, twice, a lot of times but no one answers. Definitely I would like to recommend it! I went to one of the well-know hostels for my first night but Nancy was BETTER than that. Nancy was easy going and another staff who I talked for a long time was friendly!
