HW Express — Hotel in Santiago

This hotel is fantastic! It’s located right in the city center, which makes it super convenient. Despite the central location, the rooms are incredibly quiet, so there’s no need to worry about missing out on a good night’s sleep. The bedding is luxurious, and the mattress is excellent—everything feels brand new and spotlessly clean.

The breakfast is quite good, offering a variety of options such as scrambled eggs, muesli, and several juices. The sweet treats were also a nice touch. The staff is very attentive and friendly, always ready to help with a smile.

All the towels are fresh and new, adding to the comfort of the stay. The Wi-Fi on the fourth floor works well for general browsing, but it might not be fast enough for streaming movies.

Previously we stayed across the road at the Almacruz. This hotel is significantly better - in my opinion - than the Almacruz.||This hotel has|- Quiet rooms with double glazing |- modern furnishing and fittings|- super comfortable bed with lovely linens |- a bathroom with an exhaust fan.|- good breakfast |- very clean||The only negative is the walkie talkies the staff use to communicate - very very loud - make it very difficult to sleep in after 0900 or to have a siesta in the afternoon. Hotel confortável, apesar de nao ter um isolamento acústico muito bom em relação ao quarto ao lado, "se é que me entendem". E havia um armário com itens de limpeza/manutenção bem ao lado da porta do meu quarto, então toda vez que algum funcionário da limpeza mexia messe armário, nos assustava, faziam muito barulho, e parecia que estava abrindo nosso quarto. Isso muitas vezes até a noite. ....no geral os funcionários sempre muito solícitos. O café da manhã tem poucos produtos, mas atende o básico das necessidades. A localização é muito boa, próxima a metrô, restaurantes, supermercados, apesar de muito movimentada a regiao da frente do hotel, por ter um ponto de ônibus, nos sentimos seguros, claro tomando todos os cuidados que se toma em qualquer local o cidade grandes e movimentadas.
