Our table was booked for 5:30pm, we arrived 20 min early and staff were having dinner. We were asked to wait outside on a hot, sunny afternoon. We truly understand that but I would definitely have rated it at least one notch higher if they had let us sit and wait inside. We were both soaking wet by the time we were seated. We ordered pepper pig stomach pot, cuttlefish balls, sliced beef, mutton, and pork. The pot soup and its contents were better than we had anticipated. The soup tasted good, with unexpected pig guts (small intestine) a good surprise. The guts had no funny smell, which means they cleaned them thoroughly. Unlike many hot pot places where you go and get your own mix of sauce, they took a tray of sauces right to your table. This way the trays won't get messy and containers always filled. Overall, the place is clean and neat. However, the decorative lamp right above the stove may need some cleaning as I found specks of dust stuck to it...

This was my first Hot Pot meal and I loved it.

The Soup base was good and the Australian Angus Beef was awesome. The Chicken was also nice.

We were a group of four, with me being the only meat eater. Being the first experience we ended up ordering a bit more. The server's English was not good so he was not of great help.

But we have no regrets as we really enjoyed our dinner. Next time for sure I will not make a mistake of ordering both Beef and Chicken together.

If you are an adventurous eater you have to...

Service is not great. Staff are impatient and rude at times. The quality of the food is good but overpriced. Also there are so many add ons like $30 for sauce! We booked online and had a discount but we were told if we don’t return the table and physically leave by the 90th minute we lose our discount. Even though it was empty.

Also the discount doesn’t apply to the sauce and half the menu does not qualify for the discount.

Wouldn’t go again because of...

It's a nice looking restaurant. But it's expensive. Service is okay but I think something's wrong with the food. My friends and I had diarrhea on the next day.

Nice Hotpot restaurant, beef slice is nice. And I also enjoy the sashimi with sake. Great place for good friends gathering.
